Worst service I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. I am a very understanding person when it comes to people having bad days, but the woman who was taking my order was extremely rude the whole entire time. I felt like an inconvenience as a customer just walking through the door, which is not acceptable for any kind of business trying to make money. I hope things turn around for this Chipotle, but until then I will not be going back.

The food was fresh and plentiful. Store was spotless and the staff packed the food as asked.

I have no idea how you can make carne asada simultaneously dried out, powdery, slimy, and crunchy at the same time. it was the worst burrito I have ever had in my life, and I've had burritos made by a man with no legs propped up in the back of a pickup truck with Rubbermaid bins of meat and veggies.

Portions are NOT doubled when ask for. Customer service is non-existent. They give attitude and look annoyed. It's a highly disappointing restaurant. They need better leadership and new staff who actually enjoy their job.

This location needs to be closed permanently for a different restaurant to use this space. Gave this restaurant several tries and it just gets worst. Went there today and they had no chicken or steak options, ridiculous. The location in Wyomissing is 100 times busier and doesn’t run out of options and the food is fresher. To

Service was decent but $20 for a half filled bowl of rice, cheese and meat. Might as well make meals for a few nights at that price
I’m done with thIs Exeter location! I have yet to get a decent meal from there out of 7-8 visits since they opened. I’m guessing I’m not alone because I was the only customer in the store throughout my entire visit. Their parking lot is always empty. Tonight I asked for double meat but got less than 1/2 spoonful of each and when I reminded them it was double meat, not half/half, I was informed that I did in fact receive double meat by their standards. Funny, Reading and Douglassville give full heaping spoonfuls without protest. I ordered a carne asada bowl with extra chicken but only got 4.5 little strips of carne asada! At other locations my bowls are usually overflowing and have to be compacted with the lid. This time, the bowl contents didn’t even make it to the top. The girl serving me had to keep asking me what I said because she was talking over her shoulder to coworkers and forgetting what I asked for. I ended up with the wrong beans but luckily I like both types. I asked for a large drink and chips/guac. The cashier forgot my large cup. When I asked for the cup he couldn’t remember what he just rang up because he was busy talking to his coworkers. The chip bag had about 1/2 the normal amount. Literally nothing was right. The meat and rice were dry as if left out all day. You would think they are taking money out of these kids pay for serving normal portions by how skimpy they are. Definitely not worth the money I spent. I could have had a 6-8oz steak dinner at one of the 3 chain steakhouses in the area for he same price.

I don’t even know where to begin. I don’t know how this location is open they have a 2 star rating. Service is terrible. They are listing to rap music very loud in the kitchen it has no filter on. The people that work there don’t want to work there basked on their attitude. Cashier had her phone in one had on instagram while trying to accept my money. I will never come back here

If I could rate this location a 0 I would… being excited to have a Chipotle in the area was definitely a let down. I’ve gave this location a few chances thinking maybe I just went on the wrong day. It definitely isn’t that…. This store should be shut down! They give you little to no food, serve you with an attitude and then seems to get upset when you ask for a little more. The one time I brought a platter and the meat was soooo salty I had to throw the entire platter away and was not refunded my money. They looked at me as though I was talking another language with 2 heads when expressing my concerns about the salty food. I would always tell myself everytime I crave for Chipotle let me try them again since I’m a Exeter resident and do not always have time on my hand to go to another location. It’s disgusting how the people that work there treats the customers. This place should be shut down immediately!

So many things wrong I don’t even want to take the time to type it out. With a 2.2 rating they clearly do not care. I don’t understand how corporate would allow a location with such rude staff to continue to operate. My experience has made me never want to go to any chipotle location ever again!
Best chipotle ever

As with many other reviewers and being a local Exeter township resident, I was excited for a Chipotle to be so close. I have given this specific location 5 solid attempts at coming close to any other Chipotle in the state. I’ve visited in person on more than one occasion and ordered online; all at different times and different days to see if it would make any difference. The experience has been consistently unsatisfactory/subpar. I can’t believe Chipotle Corporate hasn’t stepped in to try and fix the continued issues. Especially with the overwhelming amount of negative reviews sharing the same sentiment. The food quality continues to disappoint, flavors are off, portion size always small. The music played over a personal speaker isn’t as much of a problem as the choice of unfiltered, slurred music blasting at an unreasonable volume for a national chain establishment. Save yourself the disappointing experience and make the 10 minute drive to the Douglassville location.
