Regular dinner with dinner food. The cookie monster cupcake was subpar, both using artificially flavored sprinkles and a stale cake. The service was great though.

Was there for breakfast, typical diner. Quick and friendly service, not a extensive breakfast menu. Small coffee mugs for some reason, but the refills were ample.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and was impressed with the cleanliness, quiet, and variety of seating options as well as two rooms that can be closed off and used by groups. I ordered a Frisco burger and fries and a key lime pie slice to go. All very tasty. Staff were all friendly and there seemed to be a few regulars there, even outside typical lunch hours. I’d definitely come back again and now I have an option for a quiet business meeting with food!

Excellent food

The burgers here are fantastic. It's a diner, so everything comes in huge portion sizes. Worth visiting if you are in the area.

For a 'diner'. Everyone at my table was impressed w the quality of their meals. I had roast beef w/ mashed potatoes and green beans. Mashed potatoes and green beans seemed fresh. Impressed.

I don't know why they won't put blue cheese dressing on the salad bar. Are they trying to cut costs?

Otherwise, decent place to eat.

Might eat there more often but no blue cheese dressing.

They have daily specials and good options for kids ( very large portions). The salad bar includes peel and eat shrimp. Great prices

Food and service was outstanding. Though it was very busy everything moved smoothly without feeling rushed. You can't go wrong dining here

This review is for a buffet style group event in the separate dining area. I've been to Crossroads many times for breakfast, lunch & dinner, but this was my 1st time as a guest for a buffet meal with a group. I can't speak for the value of the meal because I don't know the rates charged. I can say it was a very nice experience.
The food was very good: the mashed potatoes were excellent - fluffy, light and tasty; the string beans were perfectly cooked - not too soft or hard; the roasted chicken was just slightly dry - but very good, golden brown & I prefer a little dry to oily or buttery; the pasta, salad & rolls were decent. They are known for their desserts here. The selection of choices available to the group was a long list and I have to say they were all awesome!
Our servers were very available, helpful & so pleasant! The room was nice and more than spacious for the group size (35?). There were 2 sets of doors that were open into the main dining area of the restaurant, but they could also have been closed if more privacy was needed.
I would not hesitate to book a group for a buffet luncheon here.
