Placed an online cake order a day in advance and paid so it would be ready when i showed up i was in a rush but they dont start making it untill you say who you are and it takes 15ish minutes.
I ordered 6 cookies. About ten minutes AFTER I ordered it, the board said it sold out. They told me I had to pick 2 cookies instead because what I had ordered was sold out. I was confused because I was able to order it it wasn't sold out when I ordered it so why did i not get my cake? That's a false advertisement. I was very disappointed. If it was indeed sold out why was I able to order it and pay for it? Makes no sense. Over priced cookies and on top of terrible service....
Love buttt my favorite Cookie isn’t my favorite anymore because they haven’t been the same the double chocolate chip cookie isn’t very double sadly the chocolate only on the top had to go in for a new one and it was the same💔💔
