Went there on Sunday asked for the 3 piece chicken strip. Told the guy we didn’t want the ice cream he told me he would have to give me the 4 piece since we didn’t want the ice cream. I don’t understand why he forced us to either take the ice cream with the three piece or I had to buy a bigger meal. I said to him you’re making money by me not taking the ice cream and he told me it was that we could not have the three-piece at all, then I made the mistake of asking for a Barbecue and a honey mustard and he told me I would be charged for that. He was totally rude and I really felt just like driving out and not getting it. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the only one there, even though I saw other people in there , this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service there

I had presented a Valpak coupon for a blizzard cake. It was 3.00 of a blizzard cake. Valpak coupons are the coupons that come in the mail in a blue envelope. Dairy queen is always in the pack of coupons. I had gone online and printed one out from the Valpak website. The owner was rude and would not accept my coupon. They are a participating partner for Valpak not sure why he gave me a hard time. I know it was only 3.00 but the point of it is if you are a participating merchant then you should honor your coupons.

Service has gone down hill. Ordered waited for ice cream and people ordering behind us got their order. We had to go back to the counter and give our order again. Got the ice cream and a room temp bottle of water.

Walk in is stated to close at 9:00 pm, but the drive thru is stated to close at 11:00 pm; however, we arrived at 10:30 pm and the drive thru was already closed.

If you don't understand English don't work at the window where order is taken. My dish of ice cream was wrong, my brownie was not warm had no fudge pieces or whipped cream. You like to take our money but we can't get a single ice cream treat that we asked for. Wake up! Tired of people that don't know the order! Even after repeated 4 times

I was disappointed. They didn't have cherry dipping for the cone. What Dairy Queen in 2024 doesn't have that? This one!!! So I ordered a small blizzard. It was the same price as a medium size from other Dairy queens!! Inflation of prices is ridiculous.

Can you believe it was my first time in my life trying a Dairy Queen?!? (And I'm in my 50's, lol) The cashier was really friendly and helpful, as was the service. I had forgotten to ask for extra tarter sauce, but they later (from the kitchen) brought it out to me when I asked, with a smile on his face even though he was busy (just love that). Customer service with a smile is seriously in decline! Anyway, the fries were great- crispy and hot with a slight coating (kind of like BK's). Didn't try a blizzard as I'd intended because I was full and don't usually have a sweet tooth. (But I will next time ?) And I think my meal was less expensive than a meal at KFC or Taco Bell!
