Dairy Queen's hamburgers are probably some of the most under rated burgers in fast food. I honestly wish there were more locations that served food in the area. This location, near Reading, has a charm to it.

Great service at drive through

Always feel like other dairy queens skimp on the soft serve but this one is usually good for what you pay. Iven never had a issue with food or my blizzards.

so i came to this location and the lobby seemed to be closed but someone unlocked it for us and this rude worker came to the door and yelled at us the the lobby was closed rudely slammed shut the door and locked it, just straight disrespect

Cheeseburgers are very good here!! Blizzards are made very well and service is good-they acknowledge & talk w you! Hard to find most places these days.

Went there on Sunday asked for the 3 piece chicken strip. Told the guy we didn’t want the ice cream he told me he would have to give me the 4 piece since we didn’t want the ice cream. I don’t understand why he forced us to either take the ice cream with the three piece or I had to buy a bigger meal. I said to him you’re making money by me not taking the ice cream and he told me it was that we could not have the three-piece at all, then I made the mistake of asking for a Barbecue and a honey mustard and he told me I would be charged for that. He was totally rude and I really felt just like driving out and not getting it. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the only one there, even though I saw other people in there , this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service there

I had presented a Valpak coupon for a blizzard cake. It was 3.00 of a blizzard cake. Valpak coupons are the coupons that come in the mail in a blue envelope. Dairy queen is always in the pack of coupons. I had gone online and printed one out from the Valpak website. The owner was rude and would not accept my coupon. They are a participating partner for Valpak not sure why he gave me a hard time. I know it was only 3.00 but the point of it is if you are a participating merchant then you should honor your coupons.

Service has gone down hill. Ordered waited for ice cream and people ordering behind us got their order. We had to go back to the counter and give our order again. Got the ice cream and a room temp bottle of water.
