Food was excellent. Prepared perfectly & came out hot, fresh. Service was adequate, efficient. No upsell attempt, was pleasant, fresh faced, checked back a time or 2. Inside host area had a smell of not quite urine, not quite something needs to be cleaned. Carpet probably.

First and foremost the food is DELICIOUS!!!! Service is usually so-so. One thing about servers having long fake fingernails, is that really allowed in food service?? The FOOD is always great!!

This has become a regular spot in the last year for myself, family, and friends. Their burgers are the BEST in Berks County as far as I am concerned. Other must tries are their orange sesame wings, ribeye cheese steaks(Liscio's seeded rolls), and the South St Firebird chicken cutlet on a toasted poppy seed kaiser roll( that hangs out on two sides of the roll) especially if you like chicken with a little spice and kick. Did I mention the bacon....oh yeah....! Favorite is the caramelized bacon, but you can't go wrong with the double smoked or black pepper whiskey bacon!!!!

THE BEST BURGER IN THE STATE. I live in Philadelphia and I have driven here twice for the food. A friend of mine recommended it and boy was he right. A MUST HAVE BURGER. Carmilized onions are out of this

Not sure who was chef today, prepared terribly bad food. Just big disappointment. All wings was burned, burger were bad too, pita-hummus wrap awful.

My Carmelized smash burger was so delicious! I can not wait for the next one!!😋 We were told they make their own sauces, salad dressings and they caramelize the bacon! OMG the bacon 🥓 is to die for❤️

The servers were really nice and helpful and the burgers were amazing. I love the flaming whiskey burger they have and recommend it for those who like a little kick with their food.

Mikaela was very friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely fantastic. Had the caramel Burger and the Smokehouse burger with a side of pickled Jalapeños and the garlic mayo. So so so good!
