Great food and service. The location is nicely tucked away and the seating was accommodating. I will certainly return and give more items on the menu a try. Servers were all very good and attentive.

Hands down the best cheese steak! I am so in love with the Louies cheessteak! Its delicious and a must try! Its made with clearfield cheese which is one of my favorite cheeses! Its nice and juicy and cheesey! We also had the old town cheese spread for and appetizer and it to was really good! I wish they sold containers of the cheese spread because i would have took some home if they did! The peanut butter pie in a jar was very good as well I deffently recommend that!
The waiter stew was so friendly and was definitely on point with his service! This was my first time here and I will definitely be back and cant wait!

Louie’s never disappoints. We left the hospital around 8 and sat down at a table around 8:40pm. Our waitress was very nice and told us we needed to order quickly because the kitchen closes at 9. She took our drink order and came right back to take our dinner order. Food came out quick. The food and staff here are always great.

Every time we go the food is worse than the time before. Today, two $17 burgers, both came out with stale rolls, each with a little piece of burger that looked like they were both pre chewed - cold, and the bacon was burnt and cold. Absolutely terrible. Service is good, and the wings are typically solid. Everything else though you are rolling the dice. We're done with this place.

Restaurant was very busy when we arrived but we were seated immediately. Although we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entrees, 3 of the 4 items arrived at the same time. My husbands wings were excellent while my classic cheeseburger was dry, charred, and awful. The burger had minimal lettuce which I requested and in its place was a load of onions. Service was odd. We asked for more water and the guy we asked, not our server, had to ask another server, again, not ours, to bring us water refills. We stopped another server to request more napkins. We stopped a different server to find out where our appetizers were as only 1 showed up.
We had not been to the restaurant in a year because of the same issues last October. Looks like we will not be returning after this experience either.

Excellent service with nice food.
Menu is little different than usual menu. It is kind of book with details. Menu is completely black and white which is unique.
All the menu is clearly labeled with ingredients listed. All the burgers can be replaced with chicken instead of meat for free of cost.
Kids menu is available which is good.
Restrooms are near the entrance. They have more restrooms downstairs and it is clearly labeled with the directions.
Great table service. They wait and take order. They keep checking for any extra orders or get the feedback on food which is very nice.
We tried Chicken Burger which is their signature dish but we didn't like that much. May be with meat and bacon it might taste food.
Spicy Italian Quesadilla was tasted nice.
Chicken Wings also tasted nice but be cautious on the sauce as some are sweet and some are spicy.
Kids cheese burger is also good. Hit Chocolate was nice but it wasn't that hot.

The best food, reasonable prices and great service!! Our family loves Louie’s, especially the Caramel Burger. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!
The smash burger was amazing! So delicious and well prepped. Had a side salad instead of fries and it was very fresh. Definitely coming back. The only negative was it was very loud and hard to hear my friends. Some sound dampening would make it a more comfortable experience. Besides that a great place!

Just to start off, the Louie’s of 5 months ago was 5 star for food and service. This is a review as of September ‘25. We moved to PA about a year ago and this place quickly became our weekly spot. We came to know almost all the servers, we ordered nearly every item on the menu over the course of the first few months, and loved taking family and friends from out of town there; it was always a hit.
I don’t know what happened over the past 4 months, but everything has changed here. The food has gone downhill, and the service is not good, even for the standards of the area. There is not one familiar face in the server staff, the food is now hit or miss, there is always something wrong now when we’re there. The last time we went, per usual I was presented with a cheque when we were wrapping up, all looked good, then they came over with the mobile pos checkout for me to pay for the meal. The server stood there and stared at me when filling out the tip info. I could tell she was new, so I didn’t say anything but this is an awful practice for a server. Then after arriving home, I started to question how the dollar amt for tip % made sense. Came to realize that the tab I paid on the mobile POS device was not the cheque I was presented with minutes prior. It was a higher total. After making and receiving 4 calls from Louies that day and the next, after finally making a follow up call when I never heard back from the mgr, turns out I was presented with the wrong bill on the POS. They said they would credit back the order total difference and I was never give the option to change the tip dollar amt to correlate with the correct order total. This was the nail in the coffin for us @ Louies.
Over the past 4 months, the same menu items are hit or miss, to a very large degree, and according to the server staff, this depends on who is in the kitchen that day. On our last visit, we were informed the cook who made the food perfectly had left the restaurant the prior week.
We will likely still return here and there purely since we live so close and it’s an easy quick meal, but please understand this is not the place it was just a few months ago.
