Had to tell the food preper to wash his hands after touching his nose. And he did. He was surprised someone told him to wash his hands.

Generally a decent dominos but almost everyone I order delivery something is messed up. This time I ordered Chocolate Lava Cakes and got Parmesan Bread Bites instead. 100% don't want these and the options to "make it right" are trash. Recommend not ordering delivery and checking your pickup orders before leaving.

Domino's if you're actually interested in "making it right" for I'll be willing to delete this review if you'll deliver the lava cakes within the next hour. Dec 29, 2024 by 9:10pm

My wife ordered a large pie online and paid for it online when I got to Domino's on 5th Street they told me it wasn't paid for at that time I couldn't get my wife on the phone so I paid for it twice. My manager there said it would take 2 - 3 days to get corrected. Call my bank to make sure it's taken off. Large plane was pretty good though.

The employee who was in the store today, September 14, 2024, was so nice, attentive, and helpful. I had never seen an employee work like her. I forgot his name (he speaks Spanish too). I went around 1:00 pm. He prepared the food and everything was excellent and he took great care in delivering it. Makes you want to go back to the store because of today's deal. Blessings! Thank you for your treatment.

Ordered a regular thin crust pizza, came half flipped over and mutilated but timely.
It was just difficult because i assumed pizzas esp from dominos (that I’ve used and ordered from for years) could cut a pizza into slices, perhaps i should specify next time. Instead I got a horrible mutilated pizza with 3 inch (huge) slices and Tiny 1” by 1” slices in the middle. Grid pattern. Very difficult to serve at a gathering.
Reached out to the restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do about it. So yeah I guess to anyone reading this, specify your cut style cause they just butcher it

Staff are very nice and the food is guaranteed in time and fresh , Thank you always for our big order service .

Parking: Enough parking space to not have to worry about getting a ticket or have to walk half a mile to get to the restaurant. Ty

I made a mistake and placed my carryout order at the wrong Domino's. After going to my closest Domino's they explain I ordered at the wrong store but I could cancel reorder and get a refund in 2-5 days back to the card I paid with. After calling the 5th Street location I explained my mistake and just asked to be refunded and id order at my other location (my car was being borrowed and I had no ride to 5th st but easily could walk to Penn St and pick up )When i called the store long story short i was 1 put. On hold by an employee going to the manager with my questions instead of being professional and getting on the phone himself directly. 2 I was informed I would not be able to get a refund to my card the best I could do would give me a store credit 3 the kicker that really sent me to complain I was told to just find a way there. I'm not gonna rant on how unprofessional and rude this comment was to make. I researched Domino's refund policy and basically got to the fact that that is not the policy Domino's policy says I could have easily gotten the refund back to my card in maximum 10 business days I understand it was inconvenient and it was a mistake that I made but as frequently as I was visiting dominos customer service could haveBeen better. I willl calll store tomorrow see if they stand by dominos belief that with customers complaints policy is 1.Apologize 2 Give the refund and 3 give extra. I don't need the extra or even the money back to travel out there and back but I do need the team to do better Know the policies for the companies you represent and remember you are working for someones business treating customers without respect is unacceptable..
