I’m an older sister and while my parents are away, I have to take care of my little sister. We didn’t have much food in the house so I tried to call to get pizza. I waited on call for 30 minutes and no one picked up. In total i called 5 times and during an entire hour no one picked up. Even if you were experiencing a rush an hour is entirely unacceptable. I’m tired of Domino’s either messing up my order or giving me Bad service. The service is unacceptable and I’m done trying to order from this establishment.

Did this place get new owners or management in the past year? I use to order once a month, maybe twice depending on life. But lately the food quality has dropped like insane!! I ordered for my last time last night and my pizza is literally undercooked. The hand tossed pan dough is not cooked. I couldn’t even pick up the pizza as it was so undercooked and yet - not even cut!! I’m trying to save the pizza with my air fryer but it’s not able to cook the dough at this point. I’ll definitely never be back as this is the 4th time things have been so horrible! I’m so upset that I wasted my money..

Food was extremely cold and the delivery driver haydee/ Heidi not sure of the correct spelling was extremely rude and confrontational with me about her “not being able to find my Address “. She was extremely disrespectful and rude it was so Frustrating because how is it my fault that you can’t find my address? Service was not up to par at all it’s just ridiculous. I don't know why but the people here always seem to harbor hostility amongst the customers. They make it seem like you are an inconvenience to them. If you don't like the job work somewhere else. Also seems as if I always get a burnt overcooked pizza here. I miss the old supervisor they had named mike.

We are never ordering food from Dominos again...we ordered three sandwiches from them on 6/22 ...2 chicken parms and an Italian..there was hardly any chicken on the chicken parm sandwich let alone cheesr or sause and on top of this the were overcooked burned dried out 30 bucks for this ? Really?

Never again will I order from Dominos. App tracker showed my order delivered. Didn't have my food so I called the store. I explained what was going on. I was told "call the driver". Wait, why should I the customer call their driver? I then asked for a manager and was told I was talking to him. I was told the driver's phone number was in the app. I then said "let me get this straight, as the customer, I should call your driver to see where they delivered my food?" The response I got from the manager "What do you want me to do about it? I'm at the store." This was the Manager's response?!Wow, deleting the app. I will never order from this store again.

The last 3 times I've ordered pizza from here have been tragic. Each trip consisted of 2 large hand-tossed pizzas. I should've learned after the 2nd time they messed up my pizza. The first trip resulted in a cold pizza that looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for a few hours... disgusting! On the 2nd trip, both pizzas were so thin there were HOLES in the crust. On this 3rd and final trip, one of the pizzas was stretched so thin it seemed like they used the dough (amount). The pizza was gross and tasted like cardboard. There was no flavor like other Domino locations. Lucky for them I erased the pictures of the pizzas with holes, burnt, and looked old since I was unable to leave a review the following day. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

This was my go to pizza place when I’m home. Now I will never buy a pizza there again! I ordered a pizza from there convenient app, It arrived in a timely manner unfortunately, it was not Fully cooked. I ordered a pie with extra cheese and we ate the first slice. I was like wow they put cheese underneath of all the toppings that’s unique but after more inspection, it wasn’t cheese. It was the dough of the deep dish. Sadly it was the pizza dough that was gooey just like cheese. I said OK no big deal let’s call the Store and let them know our pizza is undercooked. Immediately, the lady that answered phone answered with an attitude then when I told her what had happened, she asked me if I wanted a credit to my account and I told her no this is our dinner, and I would like a new pizza she didn’t like that request. . She then asked me my address which made me think that she will pull up the order but then she asked me how I ordered the pizza I told her exactly how I ordered it and she literally hung up without apologizing or anything. Then 30 minutes later another pizza arrived. This time was not made the way that I originally ordered the pizza and I got an inferior pizza that was garbage. I would like to be contacted from whoever the general manager is, but I doubt I will have any luck. Y’all fed me and my son raw pizza dough, and then gave me an attitude when I wanted another one, you won’t get another penny from me.
