Waited 2 hours for the food, then when I called, they said that it's busy and to wait for a few minutes and it's 20 minutes when I called again for a refund they said that I'll have to wait for 3 to 5 business day to get my money back. I was freaking starving.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACED. I order online and when I went to pick up they gave me the wrong order, I asked them nicely to make the pizza that I ordered, employees told me that it was going to be ready in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later my pizza was not ready and I was waiting in the store, I asked them for my order and they told me nobody was making it. I had to wait for my pizza again. It took them 1 hr and 25 minutes to do a large pizza. Unbelievable.

If I could just rate the delivery driver( BRYAN) ,I'd give 5 stars !! Whoever makes the Pizza needs to, STOP MAKING THE PIZZAS. Do Not Ever Order the thin crust. THEY LEAVE IT IN TO DAMN LONG. AND IF YOU ORDER ANOTHER KIND OF PIZZA WITH IT, THAT PIZZA WILL BE MESSED UP TOO. MY FIRST ORDER (2 PIZZAS) .....MESSED UP. First of all, the manager should not be a MANAGER disgusting. If you don’t have patience for customer you are in the wrong business, you should be fired immediately. The drivers don’t have anything to do with this. I had to inhale and exhale. Don’t buy from this store is better to travel a little far to 5 st hwy they are EXCELLENT.

I ordered 2 carry out pizzas for 6.99 each. I was CHARGED 21.56. When I complained, the manager, Sam at 5:55pm 3/3/25 became beligerant. I had them CANCEL, and they refused to give me a RECEIPT proving the canceled transaction!!!! BAD PLACE MISLEADING AND OVERCHARGING CONSUMERS LIKE YOU!!! AVOID!!!

I ordered my pizza at 10pm and it’s 12:19am and they aren’t answering my phone call after I called them about my order saying it was delivered and wasn’t I should not have to wait this long and it’s my first time ordering from this dominos the worst customer service I ever experienced!
