Slowest dunkin I’ve ever been to. 3 cars in the drive thru ahead of me and I’m sitting here for 17 minutes and counting. The service is so slow that I am able to create a review in the time I sit at the window. I ordered two drinks and they were both incorrect, two donuts and two orders of hashbrowns. Then I’m asked to pull around the building and I refused because it’s already been 20 minutes in this drive thru. By the time I get my food, it’ll probably be cold. Correction- it was cold.

If you'd like to wait 20+ minutes for a mobile order of a coffee and donut, then this is your place! The employees were at least nice about it.

Worst Dunkin around. Be sure to use the drive thru. If you walk in expect to wait at least 20 minutes. Like other dunkin, bad coffee and stale donuts.

The service is almost as bad as the food. The donuts taste dry and grainy, the coffee is always bad, and “toasted” apparently means “burned”.

At least the food isn’t out of date. I hope.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever experienced here. Short red hair girl and a dark hair tall man. They do not belong in the custom service portion of this company. Got both my moms and my drink screwed up and then proceeded to give me an attitude and the man argued with me that my cup had light ice when it was literally more than half full of ice 😂, I’ve gotten light ice every single time and that air was an ugly way to treat me over requesting light ice after asking several times for it. He then took it back inside dumped ice and a quarter of my drink out and handed it back to me. DISGUSTING!! Usually I’m not one to care and usually just say it’s okay and take it and go on my way but there was an attitude at the very beginning and that after proceeding to yell at me? Crazyyyy.

they forgot to some of my food in the bag but didn't know till I got on I76 I didnt have time to turn back so the next time I went I told them what happened and they said sorry that fine but maybe a discount or the hash browns and the sandwich they forgot to put in the bag I even ask them honestly to god that if everything is in the bag and she said yea

We LOVE the employees at this Dunkin. They all know us because we visit A LOT. They came out with a brown sugar espresso which we love, however, when getting a large, half way through the drink it turns to practically water.

So with that we thought, let's just ask for less ice. We were told because of their required measurements it would be less. Ok we thought it couldn't be that bad.

This is what we got. The owner or Dunkin should be ashamed of themselves. We literally live 3 blocks from the place and we have decided we may have to go somewhere else. Its a shame cause the employees are terrific. Not their fault.

By far the worst Dunkin around by far. They are pretty much closed up 40 mins before closing time zero coffee. Young kids working mostly, don’t know to blame them or management.

Nothing is ever toasted when ordering from the app. We always go back, hoping it will be different, but it never changes. Doesn’t matter if you specify toasted on a bagel with cream cheese, it will have the cream cheese on a cold, untoasted bagel. The last time I ordered a breakfast sandwich, I took it apart when I got home, toasted it, and it was 1000% better.

I think I’m done. They’ve regularly forgotten parts of our order and act like we are completely putting them out when we ask for it. I’ve worked both retail and food service, so I know it’s hard, and we’re nothing but polite, but my patience has run out.

Do better Dunkin’. I was excited to have one so close but we’ll go somewhere else from now on.

My sister wanted a dozen donuts for friends. I went and picked them up. They were stale and favorless. Don't know how old they were but not good at all. Went into the trash. For a place that is named after donuts theirs are horrible.

Ridiculously slow paced service They have 4 employees no customers and I had to wait 15 for two donuts and two drinks. Never been to a dunkin before where it takes 4 employees to get a simple order ready !

Don't usually do dunkin, but it's near my house and wanted egg bites, really surprised to get home to these that look like someone was taste testing...they seemed very discombobulated as I was first in line at the drive thru and by the time I got my order there were over 6 cars in line...yup as someone else reviewed y'all need to up your game, better training or management or both...

Needs lot of improvement, food making quality not consistent. May be more trained staff needed at this branch.
Egg and cheese english muffins / croissants,they never toast it properly. They r in hurry and can’t handle work load. It’s very hard to eat. Tried to convey, they don’t care

I know this Dunkin Donuts always has the Donuts I need because the one in Morgantown does not. If I was closer I would make this store my first stop all the time.
