Avoid this place. I've had enough. I live about 3 mins away so it has been convenient for well over a year now. I can not say that my coffee has ever been made correctly. I have returned coffees, spoken to managers, disputed charges it never ends! I'm so sick of it. It's NOT HARD to make a coffee correctly if you follow the directions and procedures put in place by the franchise! I can go to ANY OTHER dunkin and they get it right the first time. It's inconsistent even down to their donuts and cooked breakfast food. Either is cold and under cooked or over cooked. I can't do it anymore. My family spends $50 a day at this location. I'm paying for one of their employees salaries!!! They will feel our family's absence. No more, I will not order here anymore and that includes for Doordash. I will travel 10mins away to another location. Doubt this review will even matter or be seen but if it is FIX IT and train your employees correctly or you will continue to lose repeat customers like us. Shameful.

Love that this is close to home and serves us often. Although this is the third time in the past 2 months that I’ve ordered online my usual Avacado toast, (on the way to a Saturday morning class at RACC). When I get to class and get a chance to eat, my toast has not been toasted! This is not tasty at all, I’m in class so I’m unable to return and have it replaced as well as the only food I have to get me through the day.This is ridiculous at this point when you consider you are serving me a $5 slice of bread.My husband and I frequent this location often, spending an avg of $20-30 a trip together and then avg $10-15 when visiting on our own.UNACCEPTABLE

Shorter drive-up line than DD near my home but slower service, so same amount of time through. Ordered pumpkin spice coffee with milk, but it was too creamy-sweet so it must have been a latte. Short line but no less time & innacurate order ... maybe try again, maybe not.
Terrible service. The young lady at the drive through window had a nasty attitude and it literally took 15min to get my order. I will absolutely never go back

Been here 3 Saturdays in a row and the staff is horrible. They don't acknowledge you. You stand at the counter they look at you and ignore you. Today lady takes our order Than takes her hand and shews us away. Very rude staff. Hopefully last trip here.
This location gets crazy busy! I try to order just before or after their rush.

Ordered food and drinks and didn’t receive anything for 15 or more minutes. Terrible service and cold food when it finally did come out. Never coming back. Would give no stars if I could. Needs help. Will not return.

Usually if I just get something like a refresher or plain coffee my order is fine. If I get munchkins, for some reason the glaze is like melted and not really there every time. If I get a latte or macchiato, the taste is always different than what I would get from other Dunkin locations. I really like the location of this Dunkin and the drive-through employees are kind, but I have been instead going to the location in Shillington even though it's further away.

I don’t usually come to this dunkin but stopped on the way into work today. I went in because the drive through line was so long. When I was ordering my coffee I looked to the left of me, and there was a cockroach crawling on the counter. I said “there’s a cockroach crawling here”, and the employee said ok I’ll get it. A customer who was in there came up and killed it with a napkin. I chose not to get food and didn’t really want my coffee after this but I had already paid.
