I come here every single day for my macchiato and a breakfast sandwich all the workers are friendly to me the manager is a sweet lady. the service is a little slow but it don't bother me as I am not in a rush.the dunkin donuts on 5th street highway is the worst my coffee was nasty I told the manager and he was rude to me so I will never go to that one again I don't mind driving out of my way to get good macchiatos and friendly service

I normally stop at this Dunkin for breakfast or lunch on my way to work and today had a totally different atmosphere. The girl who took my order was very nice but when it was time to get my sandwich she said to pull up front (which I thought was weird) I started to pull up and I see another girl standing there holding my sandwich. I reverse and I said thank you, and as I was saying have a good day she slammed the to go window in my face…… not very professional.

Don’t go here they will stole your money. I did a mobile order with their address and when we got there they did not have anything available and told us to come the next day for it. We came and they said that they can not do anything because they don’t have a receipt even do I have the mobile order in my phone. The manager super rude laughing and everything.

I tried to give this location another chance. Forgot two items the other day but they were busy so tried again. Came back today and im waiting for the cream cheese to enter the chat. Workers seem great but obviously need more training.

I waited over 15 minutes for my munchkins! And got the wrong donut handed to me. They parked me but I had to go in to grab my order since it had been so long!

The place is run mostly by teenagers with very poor management. The manager is not properly trained and is a liability to the franchise as a whole, as she has been breaking labor laws and putting the store at serious legal risk. I hope the company steps in before this affects customers and staff even more.

Went to get coffee at 8:10pm when store closes at 9pm and doors were locked and no one working the drive through, if the workers don’t want to be there, they should just change the store hours to 8pm instead of closing a whole hour early!!!!
This place definitely needs more or better management involved, the employees always seem super confused as to what orders are supposed to be made. I used to go to this location on a daily basis, however due to the atmosphere at this specific location I will no longer be returning. - Also make sure to stock up on milk, Donuts, and Espresso since this location seems to be “out” of many things everyday. 👏

Employee literally was playing with the trash, then made my coffee and I asked them nicely to remake it because that is not sanitary so they remade it and then the manager said if someone asked you to remake your coffee don’t very disgusting establishment professional please do not waste your timeunless you want to get sick
