Went to get coffee at 8:10pm when store closes at 9pm and doors were locked and no one working the drive through, if the workers don’t want to be there, they should just change the store hours to 8pm instead of closing a whole hour early!!!!

This place definitely needs more or better management involved, the employees always seem super confused as to what orders are supposed to be made. I used to go to this location on a daily basis, however due to the atmosphere at this specific location I will no longer be returning. - Also make sure to stock up on milk, Donuts, and Espresso since this location seems to be “out” of many things everyday. 👏

Employee literally was playing with the trash, then made my coffee and I asked them nicely to remake it because that is not sanitary so they remade it and then the manager said if someone asked you to remake your coffee don’t very disgusting establishment professional please do not waste your timeunless you want to get sick

I don’t even care, this is the best dunkin in the Muhlenberg area. They snap everytime on my butter pecan iced coffee. So consistent here!

I never write reviews for places but I’ve had too many unfortunate experiences here not to. It’s more times that I get my coffee made wrong than right. It’ll even say it correctly on the receipt but it’s made completely wrong. And they’re constantly out of things, again, more times than not. I don’t know if it’s management, because the workers are typically friendly. But something needs to be improved.

So this dunkin has always been in a problem in my life. So my man and I first learned about this dunkins problems when we pulled through the drive through i asked for my normal dunkin order. A strawberry dragonfruit refresher and a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The girl tells us shes not making food today i asked why not she said because she doesnt feel like it. So my man pulls around and tells her she cant do that. She proceeds to yell at my man and tell us she can bc she a manager. Long story short we called corporate filed a complaint they contacted the store the store manager called me saying she was not a manager and that i will get my whole meal for free next time which i never did bc i never went back. On top of that i have been doordashing dunkin for a little bit now. I didnt realize till today thats the dunkin they werr going to. My order is ALWAYS incorrect. They opened today at 6 when i ordered at 615 when dasher got there at 620 they said they are out of apple and orange juice. HOW? You just opened. So i told him forget it and ill just get my money back then when i got my order my croissant sandwich egg was undercooked and my croissant was hard as hell. I was so mad. They are lazy and dont care about their job or peoples food. So i will not be ordering through doordash again since i know where its coming from now!
