This is a homeless hangout. And the workers are rude. I sat in a chair watching the counter for my food. One of the flamboyantly classless woman said to the other while making eye contact with “ I don’t know people gotta stare”.. first of all you aren’t much to look at and ya work at Dunkin the guy “me” isn’t looking at you but rather I am making sure a homeless person doesn’t run off with my food while I am not looking. I will never stop here again. Lancaster Ave is ghetto too. North 5th by the stadium is the only decent location I been to in Reading

Unfortunately the service is terrible, they treat you as if you were ordering, not buying, you ask for something hot to eat and they give it to you cold, they throw the bags at you as if they were saying, take it, get out.

I Was told not to order from this location due to them ALWAYS forgetting or messing an order up, but unfortunately doordash is assigned to the closet location. So I didnt have any choice but to hope for the best, and of course I was disappointed. Order 3 specific Specialty donuts along with a big order and all 3 were NOT included in my delivery. complete careless employees at this location.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I’ve never seen someone so angry to take an order. A very simple order at that.
Me and my friends were waiting in line for a pierce the veil concert and we went in to get coffee and use the restroom. The workers were all extremely rude making comments on our appearances and the way we were dressed. None of us were dressed inappropriately. I was just wearing a sweater and jeans and so were a lot of people they complained about. And then they told us paying customers we weren’t allowed to use their restroom while cussing and yelling at us. Multiple people in line complained about this same experience with them today. It was cold outside and lots of us were in line for hours we just wanted a hot drink and to be able to use the restroom but the workers were all incredibly mean and disrespectful about it

i had spent over 40$ on food here and they go and say oh look at these people doing shopping, and wonder why they broke for christmas in spanish as if i don’t know they talking about me, they was really rude when it came to being asked to do the sandwich correct i paid 1.60 for butter and they gave me alittle bit i paid for extra this dunkin is not recommend unless those two rude ladies is fired.

Went in to get my Veteran's Day free donut and the worker said only if you purchase a coffee. I told her that is not what it says and hasn't been that way for years. I brought up the listing of places offering items and asked to talk to the manager, she became irate, started yelling and cussing. They did give me my complamary donut even though she didn't want to.
