Just wanted a glazed donut and they said they were out of donuts..... how unfortunate!

The most disrespectful employees ever. Whenever I have one mobile or multiple I get the biggest attitude ever. Also gives me either burnt bacon or undercooked bacon. One time I told them I have a separate order that wasn’t a mobile order and they asked if I was ordering now, of course I’m ordering now what else would I be doing. There needs to be better employment. Also, whenever I order a hot coffee it’s rather cold or only half of the coffee it’s never full. They gave my friend the wrong order, she took a bite not realizing, and then they forced us to give back the order which is extremely unsanitary. Also, the wake up wraps are super greasy. Get better management and employees that are respectful and gives the right order!!!!
This establishment is extremely unprofessional, with consistently rude staff and poor customer service. They frequently get orders wrong and display a negative attitude, especially when handling mobile orders.

Very rude worker. While picking up my mobile order (on a Wednesday) and nicely explaining to her that my app was not working properly and would not allow me to add the free donut offer for Wednesday when ordering a drink, rather than just letting me get a donut visibly seeing that I did order a drink, she began to explain to me how to do it on the app, I’ve used this offer many times in the past and never had an issues so I explained that I know how to do it but my app was not working properly and didn’t allow me to add it. She continued to get louder and become very rude, pointing to my receipt that I didn’t order a donut. I explained to her for the third time what the problem was and she continued to refuse to simply grant the offer by just giving me a donut with the drink as the offer states. It was very unnecessary to make such a big fuss over something so small

They are in hurry and don’t make coffee or food proper. Not sure if they know how to make cappuccino or latte.
Service is ok not very friendly staff are always complaining about something or gossiping about each other I get the feeling every one hates there job but coffe and food always on point and the place is clean

Every time I come here my order is never correct the first time. Today I received bacon on my order after I opted for none and it was clearly printed on my receipt plus my order was burnt couldn't even eat it.

Every morning I come on and is the same thing. They never have enough of the munchkin I want. The Halloween season started and they are already out of the bucket, the munchkin Halloween. When u address the manger about product they can never give you a good answer. Is a very busy Dunkin so why no make extra of the stuff people really like so they don't run out. It is sad and ridiculous.. They need to better on customer service. .

Terrible terrible .. rude.. .. HOT mess …Slow service, short staffed, LONG lines. The manager didn’t care that I had a bad experience, and I purchase 15.00 almost everyday from this location. They couldn’t figure out how to charge me for banana bread, they couldn’t figure out how to properly take my order and give me an ice coffee, stuffed croissant and my banana bread. I left with just a coffee… Go to Lancaster pike location.

I'm not sure what has happened to this place. Before, it used to be my wife’s favorite Dunkin, but unfortunately, it has gone down in service quality lately. Out of my last few orders, something has been either incorrect or missing entirely. In this last visit (order #767 at 9:33am on 7/26/24) I asked for 3 sandwiches and 1 of them was missing entirely from my order. Not only that, but their phone seems to be either malfunctioning or my calls are being ignored. To further make matters worse, the webpage doesn't seem to have an option to submit a claim for my order or it if does, it's making it complicated to access it. Because of all of these things together, I have to give a below-average review. Fortunately, the items I did bring home were enjoyed by my wife and child, so I can at least give a plus for that. I hope the service improves soon, for this would discourage customers from visiting if it keep going like this.
