This Dunkin is never a surprise. Staff is always miserable. Almost like they were made to work there. food is trash and I’ve found hair in my food multiple times. Truly disgusting. If you have to make a farther trip to a dunkin, do it. Don’t go here

First and last time I will go to this store. They added an extra sandwich on my order and when asked to take it off in the drive thru they didn’t seem to understand so i had to park and go inside. then everyone just looked at me instead of providing any customer service and when asked to take the sandwich off they told me i can keep it. i obviously came in because i want my money back i don’t want the sandwich. order taking is terrible and customer service is terrible. please just don’t go.

Communication is poor order accuracy is an issue, orders always seem to be messed up when simply trying to contact the store no one ever answers the phone my question is where is the leadership team?! & do they even know how poorly this restaurant is being operated?! I definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting this location save your time and patience and visit another location not sure how one can miss an order for 50 MUNCHKINs and just give an empty tub it blows my mind..

Every night, I get a coffee, for the last few weeks. Whoever is working makes the most awful coffee. Taste horrible 2.75 of a waste. Such a disappointment!

CHANGE YOUR HOURS IN THE APP AND GOOGLE IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO BE OPEN. Ordered my food and they took my money and when I went to the store to get our food, there were employees inside just ignoring people walking up to the locked door despite the app and google saying they were open. Watched 30 cars go into the drive through and leave without recognition. If you can give your business to the Love Road Dunkin or the Lancaster Pike Dunkin, please do, because they will never disappoint.

Went to this dunkin early this morning to get coffee before work. Coffee was extremely sour and spoiled tasting. Very disappointed and was scared I would get sick from rotten milk. $5 down the drain and a horrible way to start a monday!

I REALLY wish I could give 0 stars. I order here often because it’s conveniently near my home. 9/10 times my order is incorrect or the food is bad quality. This has been happening for years. Management is always kind and replaces my order. This time I’ve just had enough. There is ink transfer from the food bag to my food. Pay attention to your food quality before you hand it out.

The most disrespectful employees ever. Whenever I have one mobile or multiple I get the biggest attitude ever. Also gives me either burnt bacon or undercooked bacon. One time I told them I have a separate order that wasn’t a mobile order and they asked if I was ordering now, of course I’m ordering now what else would I be doing. There needs to be better employment. Also, whenever I order a hot coffee it’s rather cold or only half of the coffee it’s never full. They gave my friend the wrong order, she took a bite not realizing, and then they forced us to give back the order which is extremely unsanitary. Also, the wake up wraps are super greasy. Get better management and employees that are respectful and gives the right order!!!!
