I gave it a 1 star because i applied there 2 months ago they never accepted my Application 2 months later i went there and told them. Then they told me to give them my number, so i did, 3 weeks later i went again they told me to give them my number again so i did and 2 weeks later i call yesterday and, tell me they not hiring anymore!! Like they made me waste MY TIME!! FOR NOTHING!! THIS IS BS!! Also they take to long to make things.

Even if they have only one car they ask you to wait for long periods, slow and sometimes they will give you wrong stuff, this should improve

I am not looking to get anyone in trouble but I think either the manager or owner should address the below review as to make sure this business stays a float.
I went through drive through and noticed people parked right next to the entrance door by the drive through. They were yelling inside the establishment and laughing. Most likely just visiting friends that is fine, however, I had to repeat my one medium sized coffee not once, not twice but three times before the employee finally heard me.
After she finally got my drink I could hear them yelling through the loud speaker at their friends I was referring to above.
After getting to the window (they were not busy) I was asked to pull over to the side for my one medium sized hot coffee.
After being handed my drink, I took a sip and it was ice cold. I had to call them back to make it hot.
Unless things are put in place and the employees learn some customer service skills I definitely do not recommend. I would assume to just drive down the road a bit.

Waited 10 mins at counter for service, workers seemed to be attending friends. Went through drive through instead after ordering was told to pull up to continue to wait for order for an additional 10mins. There was no other customers at drive through or inside.

Try to go through the drive-through at 5:08 AM. Store hours on mobile app state they open at 4 AM for drive-through and 5 AM for dine in. Woman came over the intercom and said they will not be open until later on on due to short staffing. I don’t understand how if they just opened or reopened this location and have all this advertisement outside welcoming people in how they can’t even stick to their hours of operation. This is not the second or third issue I had with this Dunkin’ Donuts. But I promise you it will be my last time going here. Horrible service. Employees have no pep in their step. And apparently I was a operation or whenever they feel like opening

i'll remember to come by here in the summer when it's hot outside because it's air conditioned & I know I won't be bothered ?
Today 6/30/2024 between 12:30pm and 1:15pm I went to Dunkin and ordered 2 drinks. I order the same 2 drinks every time I go there and they are usually good but today whoever prepared my drinks knocked it out of the park!! My drink had me smacking my lips. I don’t know if there is a way to look up my order to see who made it, but they did an amazing job!!

I went in to get a coffee, I stood standing there 20 min. I finally said what’s goin on let me ask one of them if they can help me. The one young teenager said can’t you see we busy, clearly I’m the only one there I get they have to take care of drive thru they left me standing there for 20 min while they joke around cursing talking about there night. I hate going in there because they are always rude. They need some customer service skills. I li e around here and I will never go to Dunkin in perkiomen Ave they never have nothing and they are always rude. I will go to Starbucks where they are always nice.

I got a caramel iced signature latte. Did not taste good at all. And I had to give me my change bag all in quarters, because they had no ones.

Constantly making people wait in the parking lot for their order. We went there and there was only 1 other person ahead of us. We just ordered 2 coffees and 2 wakeup wraps. The person ahead of us was already pulled over waiting for their order. When we pulled up they asked us to wait as well. Then the next person. Then the next one. The one after that. Then the person after that. It got to the point we were waiting for 10 minutes and at that point the person who was ahead of us still did not get their order. We cancelled our order and left. This is not the only time we had this experience. I have tried this location on different days and times and this happens pretty consistent. Not sure what can be done but something should be done to improve on these wait times.
