Horrible experience accuracy of orders is 0% if you decide to place an order please double check your bags/items before leaving, How do you miss counting 50 munchkins I don’t get it?! & when you call communication is A poor or B no one answers or they just hang up crew seem miserable no one wants to work save your time & energy visit a different location. Not sure if it’s a training issue or they just don’t want to do there jobs

Horrible service I would leave no stars if I could drive through is very rude coffee at this establishment is always watered down all items are always overpriced service is always horrible I'd rather go somewhere that supports American Business it seems like every single Dunkin' Donuts I go to are owned by people from the same country of origin. Coffee was watered down service was horrible at the drive-thru save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere better this place sucks

Loveeee dunkin. Get coffee every morning and some afternoons and its always great. Sometimes they mess it up but it's still good. The night crew definitely could use a boost.

I got 3 small coffees for myself and coworkers this morning. The owner was taking the orders, and I had to repeat myself 4 times. I get up to the window and I see 4 coffees, immediately the lovely young lady at the window asked me what was incorrect, sounds like she knew the owner doesn't do his job correctly. This young lady is telling the OWNER how to fix HIS mistake, and she looks absolutely frustrated.
Even before I get my change back, the owner is "shooing" me away from the window, using hand motions as well.
That is absolutely unprofessional, you will screw someone's order up AFTER repeating it 4 times to YOU and before receiving your change you have the audacity to literally shoo them away.
I get to work and 1 of the coffee's (according to the sticker) wasn't made correctly. All coffee's tasted DISGUSTING! I am not sure if he made them or not, but I have NEVER had this bad of drinks/food or that disgusting manner of service.
This is the first I ever encountered this owner; he really needs more training on how to do HIS job and professionalism and curtesy!!
I've also been calling this establishment for the past 15 minutes and still nobody has answered the phone. Looks like according to other comments this isn't the first time the owners have displayed this type of disrespect and have screwed up other customers orders. Whomever is higher up than these owners should really check into this establishment and either train or replace them.
I will continue to call; you charged me over $10 for 3 small coffee's that weren't correct and tasted horrible!
If I could give negative stars for this experience this morning I absolutely would.

I use to get a latte and an espresso every morning after work for the wife and I. One morning I was told no espresso because the clerk didn't know how to use it. Wow. Thanks. I bought myself a machine to make my own at easily half the cost. ??

Worst Dunkin Donuts establishment in Pennsylvania. Lattes are watered down but the owner charges you extra for asking for the regular drink to be made correctly. The donuts are never fresh . I purchased half dozen donuts that should be in the box they weren’t she threw them all in a bag smudged together in the drive thru. I asked where is the box she said I don’t have boxes and asked me to leave because she didn’t want me to hold up her drive thru. Today I had to tell her about how disappointing her establishment is and how she should be ashamed of running a business and being so rude to her customers and she yelled at me saying to don’t come back because she doesn’t want my business. Who the heck says that to the customers but a miserable horribleness owner. The owner is this rude unprofessional Indian lady who doesn’t care about customer service at all. I spent almost $40 today and I had to throw food away because it tasted like a sponge. I avoid this place 99 percent of the time, it’s the closest to my house but it not worth the money I spent or the horrible service they provide. This establishment needs to be shut down they are horrible
