I’ve been coming to this Dunkin since it opened ( I live down the street ) and it has never been as bad as it is now. The kids that work there have no manners. The past 5 times I’ve went they have messed up my order each time. Mind you the times I go aren’t even busy so they have no real reason to be messing up. It’s a shame what this place is like now miss the old people that were responsible and respectful. please hire new employees or this place is going to get more bad reviews. And to be specific it’s the girl that used to have red hair now it’s short and black. Fire her asap.

My food was burnt and they forgot to add an item to my order went inside girl took 5 minutes to take my order because she was too busy talking and laughing with her co worker she had to finish her conversation in order to take my order
The establishment was empty but had to wait almost 15 minutes for my overall order which was only two items

Been here a couple times drive thru they always get my orders wrong. Went in the other day early at 8 am told me the dine in was closed that only drive thru was open. Funny thing the door was unlocked and it says the dine in closes at 4pm. The workers are really rude! Don’t waste your time in that place!

I’ve been a regular for the longest then I stopped coming now I’m back and it’s an issue every single day ! Customer service sucks , it’s always something missing !! My order isn’t hard I get a small coffee faithfully and they always forget to add sugar when I get 4creams &4sugars EVERYDAY not hard to remember especially if it’s everyday just getting highly annoyed with this specific Dunkin’ Donuts

We ordered 3 drinks in the drive through. Drive through worker got two of our orders wrong. One of the drinks being completely wrong, the other having zero creme when 5 were requested. We asked the worker to correct the order and she was excessively rude and did not assist us.

This place is getting worse and worse. The employees are rude and always mess up your order. The drinks are never made correct. Today I didn't receive an item I ordered, when trying to call the store 10 times, of course no answer. They are always on their cell phones, but can't answer the store phone. They are supposed to be there to do a job, customer service. They want to be on their phone stay home. Who ever does the hiring needs to do a better job. It seems they hire anyone. I also see not one person responds to the reviews that are left. That just shows what type of management there is.They must not care.

Not only did I wait in drive-thru for 10 mins before they tell me they are out of coffee milk for my drinks, they tell me they will have to park me for my food. I was the only one in line at the drive thru at the time. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin which they put sausage on but I ordered the load hashbrowns which they put no bacon on as well. I got there at 1:44 and didn’t leave til 2:13. I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts again.

Did my second and last visit.
I ask for a hot coffee and get a ice one instead, but was charge for the ice coffee. I was never asked for my debit card to charged the right amount/cost of the coffee.
Is not about the money, is about trust between employee and the costumer

Every time i come to this location I sit for atleast 20 minutes and there's always an attitude. What could possibly take so long? It's a shame there's so many lazy people that work here.nl Never wasting another second in that lime.
