This dunkin is ghetto, How I get in line at the drive through the person ahead of me that is trying to order isn’t able to order because no one was answering through the drive thru… wait several minutes and he must have gotten tired of waiting so he went to the window. It was my turn to order and I’m there like hello? …. Hello? No one answers! So I did the same thing as the first car and went to the window. When I get to the window the rude black lady tells me I didn’t order at the drive thru and that I had to go back around because the person in back of me had already ordered!? I told her no one was answering and that the same thing happened to the person in front of me and this lady tells me that the people in front of me took long to order. Which was lies because I was listening and the whole time they were trying to order and no one was answering plus at the window they only ordered 2 coffees!

We were served today by Tony and he was very friendly and made our drinks and sandwiches which were very good. We got the refresher drinks guava and mango pineapple and Black Pepper Bacon sandwiches which were hot and cooked to perfection. Thank you for your great customer service. On a separate day most recently my daughter and I came to get a Caramel Craze Sig. Latte with oatmilk and an Iced Matcha Latte which were made by Mario. They were very delicious. We also got sandwiches which the egg, bacon and cheese were all hot and not burnt and cooked to perfection yet again on bagels this time. His great customer service and friendliness is what will make customers continue to come back for a great experience. His smile is welcoming as well. Thank you!!!

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area they never have anything. They’re always out of food. They don’t have any staff that work for them. Don’t waste your time. You’re never going to get what you ask for.

I never do these but I felt like I had to. I arrived at the drive thru 3 cars were in n front of me. After about 5 minutes of waiting I’m still in the same spot. I look up and the car that’s at the speaker has his reverse lights on. We all back up he pulls out. We all line back up the car that’s now at the speakers says something to speaker waits about a minute and he puts his reverse lights on. At this point I’m thinking it’s probably a cash only or card only issue. So again we all back up at this point I have 2 cars behind me. Once again we all line back up. The car car in front of me which is now at the speakers and I see the driver yelling something at the speaker so I put my window down. I didn’t hear anything because he puts his reverse lights on as well (I know right ) same thing happens again but now I’m at the speaker. So I say hello to which I hear “don’t say hello wait we are busy” I look around like no this girl didn’t just say that. I make eye contact with the car behind me she says oh hell no and Paul’s out so I quick back up and get out of there. I will never go back to that place who ever was behind thematic speaker was so unprofessional and ignorant. Moral of the story DONT GO TO THAT PLACE EVER!!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' location—twice. Both the in-store and drive-thru service were disappointing. The employees seemed unfamiliar with the basics, and my orders were messed up. I’m a big fan of Dunkin' coffee, but this visit ruined my day.
The first time, I ordered a hot signature latte but received an Americano instead. Since I was in the drive-thru and in a hurry, I couldn’t go back to fix the mistake. To make things worse, the hashbrowns I got were old, overly salty, and barely edible. Later, I returned to explain the issues, but the staff didn’t care at all. They ignored me and showed no interest in resolving the problem.
The lack of attention and poor service made my experience frustrating. I expect better from Dunkin', especially since I enjoy their coffee and snacks. This location, however, failed to meet even basic standards. I hope they improve their service and train their staff better because this was truly disappointing.

I look forward to going to this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning the Jamaican girl that works there in the mornings tells me to just pull forward as she memorize my order sometimes she’ll convince me to add a donut or a sandwich she makes my drink splendid and always got a positive attitude most of the mornings she is working by herself but she will still get it right i recommend only going to this location when she’s working as the other staffs don’t take as much pride especially on weekend with the Spanish kid yesterday I had the worst experience my coffee wasn’t made right food was cold , the attitudes was terrible I wasted my entire 15$ and I’ll never go back to this location on weekends only weekdays.

I asked twice to toasted the croissant but it was not toasted. Hashbrown were old. They were out of salt and pepper. Drive through windows total price indicator wasn't working. And he didn't hand out the receipt. They might be over charging customer. Watch out for this location. I was very disappointed
