Breakfast was great! Fish and Eggs!

Exceptional service!! Food is so tasteful , eggs were fluffy and cheesy , potatoes were crispy but soft and so flavorful!! The atmosphere is so inviting and comforting. I loved how the owner checked on every individual that walked in the door . It was so refreshing! The secret ingredients is soul !!! Eating good in the neighborhood for sure !!!

Franklyn’s has become a staple for me and my Fiancée! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is even better! Franklyn has become a friend of ours and his staff is always top notch. We look forward to continuing to having our Saturday morning breakfast here! Mikes Big10 for the win!!

Come from out of town, a really nice hole in the wall restaurant, never had the owner, waiter, and chef come out and ask how everything was till now. Get place, would eat here again.

Our family came Saturday after Thanksgiving Everything was delicious & treated to meet up with Franklyn the owner. Best breakfast from shrimp and grits, omelets, waffles - all were worth the trip

Been living in reading and have never noticed this spot, owner came up to us and greeted us with a smile. Food is amazing best eggs and home fries ive had and ive been to most of the diners around

A great gem in downtown Reading! A co-worker and I went for breakfast this morning for a meeting. The service was great, the food excellent (and some cool different options!), the space cool and inviting! Franklyn even came out to talk to us-what a great guy! I highly recommend this place!
