The service was amazing, they were so nice and well mannered, food came very fast and I had the best cooked burger I've ever eaten, the shakes and smoothies were delicious as well, Amazing experience definitely would recommend coming here and I will keep coming back myself

Do you cater to the black population well?

Frankly’s Breakfast and Burger Shack has the best chicken and waffles in the world—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. The service was just as impressive, warm and welcoming, almost like being at my grandparents’ house. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at home. I can’t wait to go back ASAP! The only downside is that it’s a bit far from New York, but honestly, it’s worth the trip.

Excellent food, we had the boss bagel and beef burger; both were excellent. Thick cut fries were perfectly salted. All staff were incredibly friendly!

We were looking for a lunch spot in the Reading area and chose Franklyn’s based on the positive Google Map reviews. Well, the reviews are warranted! We had a group of 8 and Franklyn and his team were amazingly friendly, welcoming, and great hosts. We ordered a variety of items including their burger and hand cut fries which were delicious all around, cheesesteak (also great), and some breakfast items. Everything was tasty, cooked fresh, and served quickly.

I’d highly recommend Franklyn’s, and we will be back the next time we are in the area.
