The pizza is in my opinion one of the best for the area. I like a sweeter sauce and a good cheese. Plus I like a decent amount of sauce on my pizza.... Well they are on point with it. The cheese steaks are ok... Not the best but in a pinch I've gotten them. It does take about an hour sometimes a little longer for delivery so keep that in mind when ordering.

I just went their to check out the new candy section. Very low prices and the candy was great! I love the new design and the old fashioned candy jars.

I am disgusted by the "customer service" here. I ordered my order in a specialized way... The business accepted the order without either (a) charging me for the adapted order, or (b) providing an explanation as to why the order couldn't be filled as they accepted. Therefore, it goes without saying that this business is owned and ran by a character who thinks "they" know how business transactions work. You literally accepted the order. This place is trash, just like the rest of "businesses" in Reading and while they were unwilling to refund me or fix the problem, I'll reply back in a week or two with how that worked out for them. You'd think with a 3.0 rating they would care more about how they interact with their customers. Clearly not.

Frank's won't blow you away, but it shouldn't disappoint you too much, either. Pretty much middle of the road from top to bottom. Highlight of my order was the antipasto salad. Generous portion of meat/cheese. Fresh diced tomatoes. An appropriate amount of onions. Good handful of black olives (great but rare addition - ya don't see it much). Creamy Italian dressing was also on point. Perhaps lacking in (and I'd never thought I'd say this) lettuce. Though I gotta give it to them - this was a delivery order, so they only had so much space in the container. If they had to choose between giving me more meat vs. more lettuce.. they made the right choice. They could have easily stuffed the container full of filler and cut down on the meats, cheeses, tomatoes, etc. but they didn't. Good on ya. Now for the not so great. Chicken parm was cheesy. I'll give 'em that. You don't have a choice of pasta, so the default is ziti. No complaints there. But the chicken itself.. they pre-chop it. When you get chicken parm, you pretty much expect a fully breaded, flattened-out breast. It might be sliced, it might not be. At Frank's, they mutilate the chicken. It comes in these weird chunks. Every piece is a different size - nothing is uniform. It was just so sloppily done. You'd have one tiny piece you could barely stab with your fork, then one giant piece that you couldn't fit in your mouth. It was bizarre to say the least. The most egregious offense here was the fact they put mayo on their Italian subs by default. It's pretty damn rare. So rare that I don't even have to tell 90% of sub shops to hold the mayo. It's definitely sacrilege. Maybe the employees themselves don't like putting on mayo. Maybe they know it's wrong. But perhaps so many people here in this particular corner of Reading asked for mayo that they started doing it automatically. Still, though, it's a crime against Italian hoagies. Mayo has no business being on an Italian sub. Oil & vinegar and perhaps some pepper relish. That's all you need!

I ordered for pick up and the estimated time for it to be done was accurate. Also tried their house made garlic sauce with my pizza order and it was Delicious! Definitely going back especially since I recently moved to the area.

You guys need to fix your menu prices. On the physical paper menu and on the online menu your combination platters are priced at $9.49 and some online are $8. Well when me and my boyfriend went to go pickup our takeout order tonight and the meals were actually $12 each. Either fix the menu or drop the prices because this is ridiculous and kind of a waste of money. Also, i mentioned this on your Facebook page and whoever was responding to me was taking it as a joke when i really wasn't joking. They even kept deleting my comment about the prices instead of apologizing. Then they blamed corporate for the price changes and claim that they changed MONTHS AGO. if it happened months ago then they would already have new physical paper menus and the prices online would already be updated. Then the person i was communicating with tried to insult me and then deleted the whole post. This makes me think you guys have been scamming everyone to make some extra cash. Please fix this and fire whoever is in charge of your Facebook account. *date of written review 09/12/22*Edit 09/13/22: you're employees are very disrespectful. They had just called me fat among some other things. Whoever is in charge of your Facebook page must be fired. Instead of explaining things and being assuring the procced to laugh and call me names. Fix this.

staff are very rude, or they answer and hang up. Every time I call they say they are closed and hang up. I will stop ordering from this place. I do not recommend it to anyone. I it will let me I would not even give it one star!

Have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, up until this month. My husband and I had ordered food like we usually do and we heard nothing for 1.5 hours. I called to make sure everything was fine, they let me know it would be a couple of minutes for delivery. Another 30 minutes go by, we're standing on the porch, and nothing. We call back, and the manager gives us such an awful attitude and refused to issue a refund and redeliver the food we paid for. This is how they treat loyal customers, so believe me, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. Would never recommend.

To start off me, and my wife wanted to order takeout tonight. Our first order was cancelled due to not being accepted by the restaurant in time, we re-ordered and was made and delivered within a reasonable time.My wife ordered a sandwich with no meat but received meat anyway.I ordered baked ziti and got spaghetti noodles without being called to verify that they were out of ziti, unless this was just false marketting?? On top of that I got garlic bread when I chose a salad. At least me and my wife were able to switch orders but this was a complete disappointment and waste of money. I would not recommend ordering online, considering that the cook that was on tonight doesn't know how to read notes or tickets.

Food came quickly and was exactly what I ordered. It’s your standard pizza place food but that’s what I wanted. Prices were very reasonable and I’ll order from here again.
