michelle was very rude, i've worked at a friendlys myself and was extremely surprised at the lack of service quality. a $12 sundae was given 3/4 of a scoop of ice cream.

Our waitress was the best! She's been working there since 1983 and she's a pro! She also has an awesome attitude! She should train any new employees so they will be able to follow in her footsteps! And the food was good and hot!

Update: Got the response beliw right after I posted this, provided my contact information and havent heard a thing from them. Terrible management. Im sure this is why theyre all closing. No level of care and extremely poor customer service.
I ordered orange drink, got fruit punch. Allergic to red dye. The mini mozzarella and the fries were fine. The cheddar broccoli soup tasted like broccoli water. My chicken wrap had no taste at all and barely any chicken. Asked for a reeses frendz and she bring it with chocolate sauce. There's NO chocolate sauce in a reeces pieces frendz. She brings me back a vanilla ice cream sundae with reeces pieces on it. Told her I dont want a sundae I want a friendz. Takes it back to the counter and they put that sundae in the mixer and gave it back. Fat manager standing at the counter the whole time and then talking loudly about what's in a frendz. Read your menu because it's NOT yellow vanilla ice cream with no peanut butter sauce. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a friendlys and the friendz is the ONLY dessert I ever get there. Poor service by the manager, poorly run restaurant, very low quality poorly made food. Guess it just wasn't my day.

Every time you get delivery from here there's a problem. Tonight I ordered a byo Sundae. Shouldn't be too hard right? Since when is crushed cone a soggy cake cup cone instead of sugar cone? Also hot fudge is what I ordered not chocolate sauce which I hate. Nasty runny chocolate sauce all pooled at the bottom. So nasty I couldn't even eat it. It's a real shame that none of the employees there seem to care at all. Oh well, it's not like there are a shortage of places to get ice cream since I am never going here again.

Brings back good memories growing up. Not many Friendly's around anymore. This location is cozy...mostly seniors/older crowd..still a nice meal and a sundae for dessert.
