I ordered a Mac and cheese burger the top of the Mac and cheese was burnt . The fries were old. Not sure how that made it into a box and sent to a customer without someone realizing it was not fit to serve. The only thing I could think of was no one cared enough. The cook had to see that it was Burnt. Thats ok but remake it .. just did not care enough to do so . Oh well .

Carpets need to be replaced,the smell is horrible, parking lot lines need to be repainted but most importantly Matt needs to take a day or 3 off because today's service was unacceptable & unfortunately we will never again go to this location .

Our waitress was very friendly and polite. However, when paying staff are watching staff members bring food from kitchen by the plates to 5 staff and all gorging on said food, was quite disturbing. There were 2 awesome waitresses juggling everything, but how embarrassing and tactless to have half of your staff have a feast at 2 tables while paying patrons are disappointed to see such behavior and not 1 "manager" correct these actions. One girl wrapping herself in puffed black jacket as if she was trying to nap at the table.... said managers can't manage the non shalant staff actions

The server was rude and she had a bad attitude the whole time she was waiting on us not what we are used to at friendly’s. The mashed potatoes we ordered were cold dry and tasted like they were made a week ago. They also are not following properly protocol when serving ice cream one of us ordered chocolate ice cream Sundae that ended up having a big chunk of mint ice cream in it when we questioned it they said it came from the scooper the scooper is supposed to be properly washed in between uses to prevent cross contamination for example I have a nut allergy and could become extremely sick from having my ice cream served from a dirty scooper I’m half tempted to file a report with the board of health.

I didn’t feel very welcomed or wanted. He was very rude when answering my question and quite frankly made me feel stupid….. It felt like asking a question was a crime and I felt the need to justify my question which should not happen.

The service and staff were very good but my entire family became sick with intestinal issues within 20 minutes of leaving the restaurant. We all had some type of chicken in our meal. It’s been 12 hours and we are each very, very ill. I wondering if we have food poisoning or if it’s a bacterial thing? Never again will we return this is establishment-nothing could ever make us want to e sure this again.
