Ambiance: I was confused at first. It didn't seem like an eating establishment. There was a guy chilling in the corner, studying. And he was on and off the trampoline incessantly. It was noon on a Thursday. Food: we came to have a vegan lunch. And a vegan lunch we had! It certainly did look and taste like a vegan meal. Unlike the Green Fork that tastes more satisfying and appetizing. Service: AMAZING!! Everyone is sooooo nice here!! Overall: I will certainly be back again to try more dishes. I haven't given up on Arnold's Way!

Get the Toona; thank me later. I wandered into this shop looking for lunch after my mom kept telling me about it. I didn't know what to look at or how to order food, but I was greeted by a staff member & ended up ordering a green smoothie or maybe it's a juice, it's thinner than a smoothie, but thicker than juice & most importantly, it's delicious & good for ya! Picked up the Toona & the carrot veggie bread for scooping. I was hesitant about the carrot bread because I'm funny about carrots. The carrot bread is actually good, mild flavor with just enough crisp to make it feel cracker-like. Also, I got to meet Arnold the man himself! Arnold, if you're reading this, thanks for our interaction today & I just followed you on the gram!

I have been a loyal customer at Arnolds for years. Recently they have begun making some improvements as they are working to redo the cafe. New paint, ceilings, tables, etc. helps create an even more welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I absolutely love Arnolds Way, they have the best banana whips and salads!! Also prices are very reasonable. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often! Very yummy and always a great experience. Everyone is always very upbeat,'optimistic and happy. Great vibes!

I must start off by saying Arnold's is definitely NOT going to be for everyone. It can seem kind of cult-ish. Like the kind you would find in the desert in Cali in the late 60's. Not the Manson following kind, the "we're going to change the world one vegan and a time" kind. And I gotta give it to them, they help out A LOT of people with all types of ailments. Whether it's high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-cancer, obesity, Arnold makes it his mission to heal. I'm a big believer in "let food be thy medicine", and Arnold actually proves it! Arnold himself is always around. Whether he's actually behind the counter cooking up a storm, simply ringing people out, or just chatting about his many books he's written over the years that line the shelves in the space, he's bound to be available. He's an absolute character, and conversations with him can be inspiring. His passion for veganism is obvious and enjoyable to witness. Follow him on Instagram as he interviews patrons and friends, and post coupons! Everyone who frequents Arnold's seem to know at least somebody else, and everyone is always super friendly, striking up plant-based hippie conversations with one another. I personally enjoy the community. Some may just want to come and eat, and mind their own business. I say embrace it all. Like an experience, not just a meal. After all, raw vegan is a lifestyle, not just a diet. They often host 30 day raw vegan challenges, all you can eat nights at such a reasonable price, and pot luck dinners too! If you're a newbie to the raw vegan food movement, definitely start by indulging in one for their famous banana whips aka vegan "ice cream". They have a variety of pre-designed recipes and the option to top your own with healthful add-ins such as cashews, caramel date sauce or cacao. You can even add other fresh fruits such as mango and strawberries too. They are sure to please even the toughest critics of "weirdo veg-heads and the food they eat" I have enjoyed their zucchini noodle fettuccine, thick, filling smoothies and many of their salads. I personally LOVE the open faced "living cracker" sammies best. "Toona" and the "cheeseburger" are my two favorites! They're topped with special sauce, pickles that add the perfect punch, carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, and I always add avocado for an addition charge because, well, it's avocado!!! The crackers themselves have awesome texture and it's nice knowing all of the nutrients haven't been cooked or baked out of them. SO YUM! Their desserts are not to be missed either. Raw key lime vegan pie and apple pie are my favorite. The key lime has the perfect tart taste, (but let it thaw a bit), and the apple pie with warm spices and hunks of the fruit with a date mixed nut crust is incredible. I always pick up his kale chips and his "cheese" spread to bring back home, WHEN the cheese is available. It's everyone's favorite! They also sell oils, bulk bags of ingredients such as cacao nibs, coconut oil, hemp seeds, chia seeds, vitamins, Himalayan salt lamps and other health conscious goods, books and foods. The space is inviting and small, but a tad odd. Ordering can be a bit strange too. Order at the counter, pay at the other counter, grab a seat and they'll bring your food out when it's done. Super laid back. Arnold's can be a tad difficult to find as it's located inside a small mall. Bring quarters for meters out front when the parking lot in the back is closed, which it has been recently. I wish Arnold would open a location in the city as raw vegan is my absolute favorite way to eat and this is just sooooo far from Philly. I feel so naturally energized when I eat this way, and I admire the creativity to cook this food so very much. Absolutely worth a try for the slightly more a

I was hunting for a juice shop in the Lansdale area and was referred to Arnold's Way. Boy am I glad! There aren't many places that have smoothies and juices made with all natural ingredients. I can't stand when I get a smoothie and I see them putting Tropicana concentrated types of juices in my smoothie, so needless to say, I am happy to finally find a place that doesn't do that. Everything I've had is delicious! Their banana whips are amazing and only $3.00! If you care about your health + taste, try this place out.

Excellent food (even for non Vegans) but terrible location, service and cleanliness. The green shake has a great consistency and is not overly sugary. The salads are large and have super fresh ingredients. I wish I could replicate the cashew salad dressing at home. You truly feel full for the day after one meal here. The tacos/pizza flat"breads" and to go snacks are exceptional as well. Arnold should partner with someone who can manage the food distribution, personnel and cleanliness. He should allow this entity to open a few more locations to expose more towns to superb food. Unfortunately, from the open house meeting I attended this is probably too corporate for the mission statement here at the best and heresy at worst. I was disappointed in the claims to cure diseases from this diet alone. I was shocked to learn that the fear in animals being killed is fear/anxiety that is transferred directly into us when we consume meat. I am sure reducing meat is a healthy choice that helps with the risk of disease and certainly helps the environment with regards to water / land consumption. There would be many more "followers" if the dining experience was less prophetical and more proportionate to the real life benefits above and beyond the delicious meal you will have here.

As a non-vegan, the banana whips with any kind of nuts (I prefer cashews) is absolutely amazing. It's definitely one of my go-to places for dessert if I'm in the area. I've tried the burger and salads here before - and I wasn't much of a fan but my favorite is the banana whip here. The staff here are always nice, friendly and welcoming so major points there. It's a very interesting place and they have a lot of items I wouldn't typically see in a normal store or supermarket. Very cool place.

Arnold's Way has the potential to be a one-stop shop for customers not always wanting to drive to the Whole Foods on 309. The shop also offers an extensive food menu, plus freshly made smoothies and juices. You can tell they work hard to make it a meeting place for people and to create a buzz with their weekly raw food education classes. I went over after lunch on a Sunday and I ordered two banana whips. It took a half hour for these to be made and while waiting, I thought the prices were decent for the limited selection of raw goods. It was also in this amount of time that a very alarmed woman flagged down one of the workers behind the counter. The woman asked, "Can you PLEASE change the channel? There is a duck getting its head chopped off and my daughter and I are trying to eat!" And holy Batman, there was Daffy meeting his end, gore and all. The employee feigned,"This is a DVD and we can't turn it off. Sorry!" The customer was rightfully irritated, so she switched seats with her ten year old. You are KIDDING, right? You are either downright lazy or the banana fumes got to you. Nobody wants to see that! Had I not already paid, we would have left. The icing on the cake was noticing the book "Why Christians Get Sick". So, wringing out the blood from a beheaded duck isn't sickening in and of itself? Arnold's Way should stick to creating a widely accepting atmosphere, not pushing anti-religious propaganda.

I wish I could of got more pictures. (My phone died.) But the place was phenomenal. The atmosphere was the bees knees. We will be going back. ASAP

The banana whips are to die for! I had the caramel crunch and it was delicious. I'll definitely be going back for another one. The only con is that they are painfully slow. I wouldn't recommend going during a high volume time. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Tasty food and kind staff. Needs someone to organize and clean the place.

This place is so good. The smoothies are perfection and the mock tuna sandwiches are to die for. A definite stop for me when I'm in that neck of the woods
