My wife is diabetic and was dizzy and needed something to eat. We were across from jersey mikes at another store and went there because it was the closest and we usually go there weekly. I ordered two giant sandwiches and one regular. Regular for my wife and two giants to share with my daughter and two grandchildren. The bill was 44 dollars and change. I proceeded to give the employee a fifty dollar bill and she refused to take it. I told her that was the smallest I had and she still refused to take it. Didnt they ever hear of paper money markers?No signs anywhere in the store telling customers they don't take fifties. I felt like I wasn't trusted and as if they thought I was a criminal. After being a loyal customer here since they opened this store, I can't believe I was treated like that. Totally wrong.

I had a horrible experience yesterday with my order. My sandwich was completely soaked to the point where the bread was falling apart. The cheesesteak had a strange taste, barely had any cheese even though I paid for extra, and overall the food was not fresh.
When I called to address the issue, instead of listening or offering a solution, the staff made excusesclaiming that I ordered it “with extra juice,” which was incorrect. It was supposed to be on the side, as my order stated. The employee, Tiffany, raising her voice during the call. I informed her that the call would be recorded (my phone gives an alert), and she said she wasn’t going to “go back and forth” with me.
I came in today to speak in person, but the general manager didn’t want to see me. I asked for a refund since I didn’t want to give the store any more business. Tiffany continued making excuses, saying the meat was the same as always—but it clearly wasn’t fresh. I’ve never had such a dry steak with that taste.
When the GM finally came out to give me the refund, she tossed the receipt toward me. I told her that this was horrible customer service from both her and Tiffany. She claimed Tiffany never got “smart” with me, so I mentioned that I had the recording. She didn’t deny it or say it wasn’t okay.
I told her I planned to reach out to Gerrit (the owner) to let him know about this experience. She laughed and said that even if I did, I’d “only be talking to her” implying I wouldn’t reach anyone else. That was very unprofessional and dismissive.
This entire experience was disappointing and disrespectful. I will be contacting the appropriate channels so that the owner is aware of how his staff is representing his business. The location on 5th is much friendlier, and their food presentation is far better.

I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the amazing service. Rowan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s so nice to see someone who clearly enjoys their job and cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back—thanks

Been trying to call for 20 minutes and their phone isn't hearing me and they cussed me out for trying to call back. Trying to cancel our order.
