The food was really good. The price was even better. $15 for 1 person. Was worth the trip to Reading. The only thing I wish they would have done was to use butter for my vegetables at the hibachi grille. I don't eat seed oils and I prefer butter.

I go to a lot of buffets and this one by far is better than all the rest. The food is good, the staff is nice and clean. I have closer buffets but I will drive just to go to this one. Highly recommend 👌

The staff is nice. I wish there were different foods, the options are always the same. My only complaint is the carpet smell. The carpet needs to be changed out or removed.

We come here twice a year, food is usually pretty good but the sushi is always mislabeled (Salmon is usually immitation crab). Hibachi is usually on point as is the various Chinese chickens.

First I want to say the atmosphere felt very uncomfortable, second me and my family couldn’t enjoy the meal in peace because we were being rushed and harassed every two minutes to pay and leave. Third, on the receipt I did not tip because the customer services was terrible and felt unacceptable and we were the only table being harassed and rushed to leave. So I payed for the meal and did not tip her. The server was very demanding of getting a $9.84 from me.the server took 9.84 extra Without my consent . she literally took it from my bank. That’s illegal im not obligated to tip if me and my family did not have the best experience at regal buffet. I might press charges for that server tipping herself with my bank info without my consent. I will think twice before going to the buffet. They’re theft.
