This is second time im there order the meal get home no napkins no mash potatoes no coleslaw i paid for everything and they dont answer phone i strongley suggest u never go there cause i wont i will drive fruther they rip u off

Whoever they have on the drive thru speaker needs to be removed and put somewhere shes not interacting with customers. Shes quick to get loud and has a nasty attitude nobody is trying to hear that mess.

Didn't get most of the order tried calling and no answer. Then when there told they won't redo the order that's now getting cold nor would they give the name of the manager when asked so when I go back I know who to ask for. I will be calling corporate everyday until the store manager and the district manager call me to discuss this on duty manager/staff.

I paid $60 for a meal and two famous bowls and got home and there were no famous bowls. So I paid $20 for 2 extra sides of mashed potatoes
I just called the corporate office and explained what happened and they must have uneducated people all through that company…. They refunded me $10 for a $20 loss!!!!
I am livid and will never eat there again

I wish I could give this location zero stars because how terrible this place is. I’m trying to talk to the lady through the drive through and she completely ignores me. Then doesnt even give me a chance to finish ordering my food. I had to call her out. She never told me my total after I was officially done ordering and just went silent. I pull up to the window and I’m asking her a question and she just shuts the window on me. I pay for the food. She then proceeds to shove the bag that had the food in it in my face. Mind you. This entire time she is acting like this.. she Is on the phone complaining bout her job and how she had to help me. I never got a receipt and couldnt ask for one since she just left the window after I had the food shoved in my face. I finally start eating my food and it was not cooked all the way, there was raw chicken pieces. Then the biscuits had mold in the middle of them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Management needs to do a better job on training their employees. Yall can catch me at popeyes cause they never do me dirty like this place

Knowing that it is a fast food restaurant recognized throughout the country, this one in particular has terrible service and a bad attitude from its staff...the food does not meet the standards that apply to this chain...it is very unfortunate.. I don't recommend it...

This particular KFC is a colossal joke. They truly must hire the stupidest people they can find because there really is no other way to get this many rocket scientist's in one location. My biggest question is when you order sides, do they close their eyes and pick randomly????? Or does Coleslaw really mean mashed potatoes, and does mashed potatoes mean mac and cheese???? Plus, it's over 30 dollars to get breaded bones and all the wrong sides. It's been years since we stopped here for a reason, and it actually got worse. TBH, you get more chicken in a Swanson Hungry man TV dinner. For this price, I could have cooked enough to feed a family of 6 and still have leftovers. Never again will I waste my time and money at this overpriced pot luck KFC.

I ordered through the app at 5:53. Was told order will be ready at 6:15. Multiple customers came and went while we waited. At 6:40 I asked where is my order? The employee asked people behind the counter and no one knew.At 6:53(38 minutes after it was supposed to be ready) I was handed my order, no apology, no reason.If they care so little for a customer that spent almost $60.00, any future chicken orders will be placed across the street at Bojangos or Popeyes.
Worst KFC ever!!!! Worst fast food experience of my life!!! I ordered online at 7:20 pm and I am still waiting for my food at 8:25, and get this, they said another 20 minutes!!! I don't understand how it takes so long to make some fried chicken and serve some already made sides. If it wasn't for the fact that I am here for my child, I would've left already. This location is and always will be a poor excuse for a KFC!!!Update, I added 2 more stars for the teens running the front of the store, they worked hard to get the food out to the customers, but through no fault of their own, the cook decided he wasn't going to make any extra crispy chicken, just original. The workers called the owner for me and I finally received my food at 9 pm. They were kind, apologetic and tried to compensate me for my time. A big thanks to them! When I finally received my food it was hot and delicious.

This KFC is the worst one in the US and the ones I’ve visited in 8 different countries.
I placed an online order on 9/10/23, at 5pm, to picked-up at 6:15pm.
I ordered the 5 pc tender big box (5 tenders, fries, mashed potatoes, biscuit and soda), for which I paid $15.89.
I got there at 6:15, got my food at 6:15, got to my friend’s house (they live 5 blocks away from this location).
Most likely they prepared the order at 5pm because EVERYTHING was COLD AS HECK!.
The tenders were coooold, the fries were coooold, the biscuit and mashed potatoes were coooold!. Only the soda was fine.
I was so mad!…I called 3 times but they didn’t pick-up.
I was going to go talk to the manager, who never looks happy, but my friend saw how mad I was and took my car keys away.
I’ve been ordering from this place for so many years, since it’s about 2 minutes from my job, and I have had a few minor issues with them, but this is the last straw.
Don’t these people realize that there are so many social media outlets where you can give them a review?.
