Worst KFC ever!!!! Worst fast food experience of my life!!! I ordered online at 7:20 pm and I am still waiting for my food at 8:25, and get this, they said another 20 minutes!!! I don't understand how it takes so long to make some fried chicken and serve some already made sides. If it wasn't for the fact that I am here for my child, I would've left already. I have always loved KFC, but today they messed up my order. They forgot to give me my sides on a $54. 57 order. Now I'm at work and they will be closed when I get off. I've been calling for the past 2 hours, over 10 + calls and no one picks up. ?

I previously gave this location a one star because it was straight up nasty, recently decidedly to give it another shot since they updated it, and it was a significant improvement for sure. The person taking my order was actually friendly and the food was good?
