The place was hot. The service was long and the chicken was very bad and they were missing tables. There was no bathrooms. The floor was dirty. The place was dirty and a man came back through the drive-through to bring back nasty chicken.

On July 24, 2025, at approximately 4:09 PM, I visited a KFC location to pick up an online order placed through the official KFC app. My purchase qualified for a free 8-piece bucket, as explicitly stated in the app's offer requiring a minimum spend of $15.00.
Upon arrival, the staff refused to honor the offer, claiming it did not apply to their store and that they had no affiliation with the app. Despite placing the order and expecting pickup at their location, they disavowed any responsibility for the app's promotions.
I requested to speak with a manager, but they declined to address my concerns. An employee reportedly contacted the store's owner, who then instructed them to refuse the bucket. Furthermore, the employee made a statement that I perceived as threatening, mentioning that they had previously called the police on another customer attempting to redeem the same offer.
To compound the issue, the store also refused to issue a refund for my order. This experience reflects a profound disregard for customer satisfaction and appears to be a case of misleading advertising. It is concerning that KFC would promote offers through its official app only for its franchisees to refuse compliance. This practice constitutes deceptive advertising, which is unacceptable.

No one ever came to the drive up to take our order. Waited 10-15 mins, left & went to Arby's & was at the drive up & left within 5 mins.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordering was a nightmare. It took us 15 minutes just to order after repeating it over a dozen times (I wish I was exaggerating). Waited another 10 after that for our food, and it still came out wrong, and the chicken was a greasy mess that soaked right through the box. Save time and money, get better service, go to Popeyes up the street.

The worst ever waited for 15minutes in the drive-through Then I decided to go inside another 15 minutes I don’t know what’s going on but every time I go to this KFC they never Everrrrr have chicken and is not that is full of people

This was by far the worst place I’ve ever been too not only did we have to wait in the drive thru for over an half hour they open the door in the back to smoke a vape laughing then make over 6 cars wait that long then we get to the speaker and NO ONE TALKS we said hello atleast 14 times then he finally spoke we had to pull the car up to park so they can bring out the food it was ridiculous the employees were not friendly dirty looks like we were the problem I’ll never go here again! Get you stuff together because this wasn’t right.

Place is nasty from the workers to the cleanliness, always a 30 min plus wait, cocky workers with attitudes, I will NEVER go there again and am actually thinking about suing them for harassment and threats from workers. Not good business at all should be shut down!!

Worst customer service I’ve seen I went to the counter and asked them for an order I was supposed to pick up and the girl behind the counter had an attitude with me and said that they have to do the drive through first and they had a whole store filled with customers and they didn’t even attend to the customers in the store also worst KFC and the manager had an attitude also instead of trying to defuse the situation she was making it worse this happened on 1/28/25 at 4:25pm I wouldn’t recommend this store to anybody such bad customer service

The place is dirty, the food is never truly good, the people were very shady. This was my food last night, disgusting. Manager was to busy to talk, stated that their chicken is good/ they saw no problem with it, even though my food was already dug into.

If I could give a negative score I would. The cashier told us drinks were included with meals. When I received the receipt I caught them up charging over 10$ when questioned about it the “manager” demanded the food back (this was dine in and my 9year old was already eating) AVOID this location they will scam you

Haven’t been here for a long time but based on my recent visit, I think I’ll be back soon. Chicken tenders were really good!
Mashed potatoes and coleslaw didn’t disappoint. Workers were friendly and service was fast paced. Only negative is the drive-thru is unsafe, especially at night …you have to see it to understand.

I haven't been there in a very long time. I was very taken back to the sizes of sides you got the biscuits were so small. The chicken tasted good still , thank God for that , but the price was kinda high for four pieces of chicken. I didn't have to cook it was the plus. Not to knock em down but BoJangles has better bigger biscuits.

Nothing better than trying to pick your food up at the time designated to only be told your food was “stolen.” I’m a disabled combat veteran who doesn’t make a lot of money. I can’t do much these days such a driving. My wife swung by to pick up the food for it not to be there. The manager Jose chastised her while the younger employees clapped and thought it was funny. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’m infuriating. This is disgusting. Way to treat a service member’s family.
