I ordered at 9:20,they said in about 40 mins to arrive.I called in a hr to see why they haven't delivered.They said its on its way.Its 11:30 and never arrived.We went over and they were close!

It was horrible to pick up a pizza. I mean, if you can call the mess in the box pizza, all the cheese was out, what the pizza would be, the melted cheese in the box, the dough had nothing, everything was in the box, it looked like a horrible mess. I had to throw it away because not only was it a disaster, the horrible horrible mass was also all wet. I won't buy here again. Very horrible to pay for something and have to throw it away. That wasn't a pizza, it was more of a horrible mess.

I had ordered 2 large pizzas, one of them cheese and the other half bacon and pepperoni. They were cold and I had ordered them extra crispy and they weren't even crispy. I called and spoke with the manager. Katie explained what happened and she told me that for my next order I They owe a free pizza. I call, order and tell them one of them has to be free. They tell me that they don't talk to me with attitude and excuses.
