It started by me ordering a “Chimi”. When I ordered the chimi the person taking my order said “de puerco” I was a little frazzled as I have never been asked that before. I should have asked her to explain herself. However traveling to Santo Domingo for years I thought there was only one type of Chimi. It’s like a burger but a million times better. The food is great, chimi sandwiches are the best in Reading. The only down fall is the portion ratios. While other restaurants around the area serve you equal portions of sides to meat, they weigh the meat. The meat portions are tooooo small. That's my only complaint.
