The food is tasty but the service is not good at all , very slow , and I see our waiter on the phone in the kitchen while we waiting over 30 minutes for a refill in our drinks

I can’t believe the other reviews on here are so good. We went Friday and our food was very disappointing. I got the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak and it was dry and you could hardly even taste Buffalo sauce. The truffle fries were just regular fries with like one piece of Parmesan cheese grated on top. The nachos hardly had any cheese on them.The waiter was good and the wait was fine, I would prefer to wait longer if it means my food tastes good though.We love liberty tap. We were hoping this would be similar.

Burgers and tacos are good, but it took way too long to get the bill. I'll update if the service gets better, until then I'd not really recommend it.

Walked in and was told to seat ourselves, so we did. Waited 10 minutes and had not been served yet. We went to look for someone to wait on us and staff were at other end of bar on their phones. So we left. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I just moved to the area and had a pleasant experience on our first visit. We enjoyed our burgers and truffle fries and the bartender served us well. However, today (December 19th) we dropped in around 4pm were told we could seat ourselves by the bartender. We sat in the small dining area to the right of the entrance. After waiting 10 minutes for initial service, I got up and walked the short distance to the bar and saw the bartender paging through her cell on the other end of the bar and another employee seated. At this point we got up and left. On the way out I heard the server stating she didn't know we were there. THE SERVER WAS NOT AT FAULT. After looking through 7 years of reviews, I find this is not uncommon. I work in a service oriented industry and know that the problem isn't the employees. If the owner is looking for the problem .. look in the mirror. We will never return.
