Had called to place and order n the store manager was very rude asking me what time I can pick up i never heard of me giving a time to pick up i was always told 10-15 minutes from here was very unprofessional especially being a store manager

This is the worst place ever I ordered from there and they forgot half my order I put on delivery instructions to deliver in my hands and they put it on the front step and left it half my food is gone and I am not happy right now I will never ever order from these people again and then when you call a customer service they tell you oh we can give your money back in 10 to 15 business days my kids are hungry now not in 15 days

order stuff crust and I got home to a regular pizza when I took the pizza back they said they had ran out of stuff crust

I called to place an order for delivery and was told they don't deliver and before I could even change it to pick up they hung up. I came in person to place my order and told the employee that was taking my order about it and he said he was the one who hung up because they were busy and I was taking too long to order. He didn't even give me a chance to place my order over the phone. Very rude employee. Food is good but service is slow and employee was very unprofessional and rude.

Their is no way I will go back to this location again. I paid for 2 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza on 01/18/24 around 3 pm. The guy told me about 20 minutes. So I waited those 20 minutes. I got all 3 pies and left home when I made it home and my kids started asking for their portion it was uncooked not ready at all. Nasty .... Also the employee was there by himself so he was very busy. I look at his hands and he has gloves on them but he was making the pizza with the same gloves which he was taking cash for the register. Their is no way I go back here again. I like little Caesars and my kids love it but not this location ever again am contacting the department of health on Tuesday and let them know about the issue.

I'm definitely impressed with Little Ceasar's comeback. The food is GOOD. I'm also a fan of the no-interaction-necessary payment/pick-up process.
