Recently online it say they are open, so I made an order. Then my order was canceled. I called and asked why, they said "there's a sighn on the Door saying they are closed" and I said "oh ok that's fine can I please get a refund then" she said "yes it will take 10 to some some days". I wasn't angry it was fine but now it's 2 months later and I'm STILL trying to get a refund. So many other experiences like burnt uncut cheesy bread, yelling at other employees.. little caesars is my favorite fast food pizza home the issues soon get resolved....

Placed an order yesterday and waited over an hr for my order to say it was delivered online but than received a text saying my order was canceled they took $46 from me and didn’t give me my food . When I got in my car to drive over there they were closed but on line they said they don’t close till 10 it was 830 when I got there . I have been calling them this morning and still no answer . Tried calling customer service n been on hold for more than an hr . Imma get my money idc how long it take .

Horrible. Supposed to be open. Took the order online and charged me, but the store is closed. It still says “open” on google, too. Their voicemail box is full and customer service is closed. How can you allow online orders to go through without being open?!

Is this location even open anymore. Ordered on app on Friday, it went through showed up and store is closed with sign that says tech issues. Showed up sat and sun to either get my food or my money back and still closed. They really should turn off app ordering if they are not going to be open.

If I could give negative stars I would walked in 12:15 today and not only was there a little kid in the back, no food ready but I stood there for 5 mins and no one said a word to me. Not only will I never cone back to this one but I'm currently at Papa John's and will never go to a joke of a spot like this again.

Absolute garbage. Manager was on the phone and made me wait to take order. Didn’t use gloves. Food was terrible. The manager was extremely rude will never come back here
Dirty establishment supposed to be hot and ready food took well over an hour and the staff has nothing but bad attitudes and when you wait for an hour for a pizza you would think it would be hot when you get it not cold

Placed my order online at 7:59, and it was supposed to be ready by 8:30. It is 8:50 and no one has come from the back.Here I am with 6 people ahead of me waiting for their orders to be ready. only see one person in the back while no one is at the front. I am planning to leave without my pizza. I won’t order again.

Listen there was only two people working and when I tell you they were WORKING . I have to commend them for trying to pump out all those orders with only two people and ONE having to be on register. Most people would be frustrated but the lady kept her cool and was taking orders and making pizzas. Idc if ppl complained, it takes a lot to do all that work!! I know I would have been overwhelmed for sure! She kept her cool and was still professional. Great job 2 man crew!! Yall rock for that!! ( we ordered our pizza Friday the 8th late at night)

Got there at 11:04am, the doors were still locked then went to dollar tree to buy a few things. Went back and they was open had to wait about 20 min for my hot and ready pizza's because they didn't have them made. The pizza was good just the Lil inconvenience of them not being open on time.
