It's a Saturday night, the store is completely out of cheese. Numerous people showed up to find their orders canceled. Clerk ignored people at counter for several minutes. The front window of the store has been broken for over a year. There are never any Hot & Ready pizzas available when the company standard says they should be.

First of all, no one answered when I tried to call in an order. So we tried to get delivery! We continued to get texts saying when it would be delivered! The delivery time kept getting pushed back and pushed back via texts! I kept checking and finally looked at my email and I saw our order was canceled with no reason!!! The only number I had was the poor delivery guy from door dash that didn’t speak English!!! He was at door dash ready to get our order WHICH DID NOT EXIST!!! At least the nice lady at door dash finally explained that our order was canceled BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T HAVE THIN CRUST!! REALLY!?!?! No thin crust??? Why didn’t Little Cesars give us a curtesy call 2 hours ago and tell us that!! This was just an egregious incident all around!! We will NEVER order from LC again!!!

I went to get 1 pizza at 6pm for the employee to say we’re closed because someone on second shift called off. Being declined service while you’re hungry is horrible. I’ll never come here again

So I ordered online a hour later I get no update on my order go in to be told the computer for online orders are down and the guy working there was alone and not taking any orders. Like I know I'm going to have a issue getting my money back but one way or another I will but you would think someone would do something about this site the amount of time I would drive past want pizza and there closed when there supposed to be opened it's sad. If the higher ups do read this do yourself a favor and just shut the site down let a company there that wants to do business do it k thanks.

OMG do not go here. Their service is wildly inconsistent, sometimes great, sometimes absolutely horrible. Today I ordered online through the app, never got a notification that it was done after an hour, so I went in only to discover that the store was out of dough. Then I discovered that the app has no way to cancel an order so they were happy to take my money. I mean after an hour with all of your employees sitting there doing nothing, you sort of figured they could at least call you to tell you not to bother to show up I am never going to eat from this restaurant ever again
