First time here and everything was great. I'm not sure what I expected but was pleasantly surprised. I could cut my steak with a butter knife and it was scrumptious.

My girlfriend took me to this Longhorn location for Father's Day to have a wonderful steak dinner together. I ordered the New York steak which I always ordered. It's my favorite. We waited over 30 minutes after the entrees came in when the waitress came with my plate and I saw the new York steak she brought me I was very disappointed and unhappy like I said we waited over 30 minutes and they brought me a mini size New York steak. I asked for the manager on duty and the gentleman came to the table and saw the steak and agreed to the mini size of the New York steak. He told me that they ran out of new York steak and that was the last one. I told him why did the waitress brought that thing out to my table. I felt disrespected by the action taken by the waitress and the cook after that has happened I decided not to order any other steaks from them. The way the acted and approached me for me telling how upset I was for bringing that steak to my table after I waited over 30 minutes. I knew I wasn't going to eat whatever comes out of their kitchen anymore. Here is a pic of that mini size steak which I was paying $30 for it. This is the last time I will visit longhorn steak house I rather visit Texas steak house instead. I had never had any issues at the Texas steak house before and they always bring a huge new York steak to my table.
Our server was great! The food was great EXCEPT our Brussels sprouts (WHICH ARE USUALLY AMAZING) were burnt to a damn near crisp but still the rest of my meal was delicious so I didn’t complain about them! Just gave the leftovers to my sister 😊

Wouldn't take a to go order at 9:39. Said we'd have to be there and seated by 9:45 in order to get served, as that's when the kitchen closes. So you don't actually close at 10, you close at 9:45. Say that on your website then.
Just found out website says they take online orders until 9:40. Guy on the phone said 9:30. Bullshit.
