Me and my friends will never be back here. Was glared at and then treated like a criminal because one of my group forgot his ID (we were regulars and never have had this issue before here, or at any other beer store around for that matter) and so none of us could purchase our drinks. He wasn’t even going to get it, he said fine and was leaving the store and so I wanted to purchase my drink at least and was told no. Literally 3 beers, and we weren’t even making the purchase in the same transaction as him. The cashier yelled at us while we were leaving that she “doesn’t make the laws” when I simply said we would go elsewhere because I wasn’t dealing with her. You know they don’t pay enough for her to have that stick so far up her behind. Worst customer service ever and the variety of what they offer has been terrible lately anyway. It’s just turned into an alcoholic and druggie hangout, never again will I spend my money there.
Been going here regularly for 6 years, but won’t return. I have a young looking face so when new cashiers start up they tend to ID me, but when I came in with two friends and helped them carry just one thing to the counter they were denied service because I had left my id at home. We were paying separately and both of them had id on them but the cashier refused service to them I believe based on what they were wearing. She had been glaring at them when we came in and was needlessly rude about turning away our business. Sad to see
