Multi-repeat customer here... Mayo's did an amazing job catering our Eagle's football party. The philly roast pork was off the hook delicious as were all the various side dishes. The staff were professional and courteous. We will definitely use Mayo's Catering and Events the next time we need a caterer.

Mayo and his team did an outstanding job at our daughter’s outdoor wedding for 150 guests on the family farm. He planned a beautiful four station dinner along with amazing passed appetizers, charcuterie, and the most fantastic seasoned shrimp cocktail I’ve ever eaten. Having an outdoor wedding at a family farm was challenging but he and his sweet wife rose to the occasion and everything was perfect! The attention to detail was superb they brought up items I didn’t think of, came a month before to walk the venue and familiarize themselves with the place and layout. Most importantly he and his team made me feel so comfortable that I didn’t worry one bit about the food or service during the wedding. What an amazing team. I wish I could do it all over again! We hired Mayo Catering for our wedding, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Phil is the hardest worker in the business. He was very responsive to every inquiry, accommodating to every request, was extremely thorough and made sure everything was transparent, worked with us to reduce prices wherever possible, was exceptionally professional, kind, friendly and just comfortable to talk to. I doubt there's another caterer like him out there. Him and his staff were a dream. As far as the menu goes, it was of course perfect. He took the time to get to know us and really learn exactly what we wanted in order to custom create a menu that was on point. The food was to die for by the way. A few people came up to us and raved about how good it all was. We did a middle eastern theme, and all the dishes were so flavourful and moist. Phil also gave us his professional opinion in several areas that ended up helping us out a lot. I genuinely can't think of a negative thing to say about Phil. He absolutely exceeded our expectations.

His meatloaf cupcakes were pure comfort (think grandma’s Sunday dinner), and the watermelon bruschetta was as gorgeous as it was delicious. And those were just two of the many amazing dishes — the entire spread was beautifully displayed and full of mouthwatering flavors.
Weeks later, guests are still raving and asking me for his contact info! If you want a caterer who’s creative, thoughtful, and delivers unforgettable flavors, Phil and his team are the best. Highly recommend!

We had an stationary table of horderves where guests could help themselves, plus several passed elegant horderves. The dinner buffet food was excellent as people raved about the food for months after our party! He and his staff were timely and professional. We had no complaints and neither did our guests. Our event ran very smoothly. Not only is his food exceptionally tasty, but his food presentation is impressive as well. He is very creative and can offer you something most caters cannot.
