In December, Mayo's Catering catered our Holiday party at the Redner's Event Center. They did an AMAZING job! The menu Phil put together was exactly what we were hoping for, and the food was incredible! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have included pictures of the appetizers, I wish I had pictures of the buffet and dessert as everything was beautiful and extremely well done. We had so many compliments on the food! We will definitely be asking Phil and his staff to cater our next event!

He planned a beautiful four station dinner along with amazing passed appetizers, charcuterie, and the most fantastic seasoned shrimp cocktail I’ve ever eaten. Having an outdoor wedding at a family farm was challenging but he and his sweet wife rose to the occasion and everything was perfect! He took the time to get to know us and really learn exactly what we wanted in order to custom create a menu that was on point. The food was to die for by the way. A few people came up to us and raved about how good it all was. We did a middle eastern theme, and all the dishes were so flavourful and moist. Phil also gave us his professional opinion in several areas that ended up helping us out a lot. I genuinely can't think of a negative thing to say about Phil. He absolutely exceeded our expectations.
