Forgetting food isn't an issue when you're close by and able to run out, but forgetting to put the food into a delivery order is a different thing. I was lucky I was able to ride out there to get the missing item, but there are people out there who don't have a car or really busy. This is the last time I'm using the delivery system. Whats worst is that the missing item has 2 buttom buns. A burger didn't have a buttom roll to it. Really? I work at fast food and deal with people. I make sure everyone is set and happy with their orders instead of missing or forgetting items.

This place has done well the past couple times I've gone which is surprising because they ALWAYS screwed up an order it was like clock work or they couldn't get the double drive through thing down. Tonight I went and got the Angel Rece special with a mint Oreo blizzard. Let me tell you that sandwich was drowning in barbeque sauce!! I mean dripping off my sandwich I actually used it to dip my fries 🤦♀️. Then the fries were ice cold and the girl in the drive thru window hands me my blizzard with the ice cream all over my cup. Good thing I had napkins in my car because she sure as hell didn't care to wipe it off before handing it to a customer. Great service 👍🏼.

They forget about Ubers and door dashers when picking up orders . They leave us waiting at the door and take very long at night . Sucks when it’s cold . They have no urgency. I understand but we are working also.

Ordered NO CHEESE, Light mac sauce... Grill slip says exactly that. Saw the cheese, so I took it apart to scrape off the cheese and extra sauce, and there was a day sticker labeled "SHREDDED" stuck on the cheese!! I mean, not paying attention to the modifications printed on the grill slip is one thing, but how can you not see that there is a big white sticker in the lettuce when assembling my sandwich?!?!? Please pay attention while making other people's food, especially if you are getting paid and it is part of your job! Things like that are considered contamination and can involve the Health Department. Please take your jobs more seriously and pay attention while working for your customers' safety and well-being. Greatly appreciated.

Nighttime cashier more like nightmare, cashier, very lazy and gave an attitude just because I asked for one extra sauce. Also drop my food on the floor and did not apologize. Very upsetting. I don’t think she should be working in the service industry if she can’t have common courtesy or the energy to get a damn sauce packet One star.

Group of Veterans ready to enjoy a Meal at McDonald’s at 400 Lancaster Ave, Reading were quickly told this location does not support Veterans. Do not go there for a courtesy coffee or anything else, you’ll be turned away. I inquired and was told it was a Corporate decision; however, Corporate said it is up to the franchise. Either way it’s disappointing to know this McDonalds does not recognize the sacrifices of our military vets.
