Came through drive thru around 12:15 today. Ordered 20 piece nuggets and a medium shake and a small coke. I paid with my debit card, was not given a receipt or even asked if I wanted one. When I got to the pick up window, I was given the nuggets and shake, I asked for the soda and was told rather rudely that none was ordered, I tried to tell her that it was and paid for but she insisted that it was not and told me to “have a good day”. I come there rather often but will not be doing so anymore. She was so RUDE!

Customer service was great! Order window employees were very pleasant and accommodating. The food quality is obviously going down (not employees' fault). Chicken nuggets are 1/2 - 3/4th the size as they used to be and the cheeseburger was tasteless.. The fries were still amazing and most importantly, HOT! 🍟 😀

worst mcdonald’s to order from ! there are people waiting in line all the staff are in the back talking about all kinds of personal problems and drama and nobody has the decency to at least assist in letting us know they’ll be right w us . every time myself or my family come here to pick up a door dash order or order food for ourselves it’s always the same deal , they act like your invisible and you’re not standing there for over 10 minutes waiting to AT LEAST PLACE AN ORDER ! then you finally get your food and it’s WRONG !

Customer service who took our order didn't listen well, this is the 2nd time that we ordered that they made mistakes, she said she cannot hear us, why dont they change their system so they can hear the customer screeming for their orders. Also the cheese burger seems like's mash and so flat, way too far from the picture. Improve your store please and service.

This used to be a fast service mcdonald's. Service is very slow now. My last two orders on the app took 20 minutes and it was just a 2 item order with coffee. Today they didn't include the sauce with my breakfast burrito and with the last two orders the lid was not secured on my coffee, so be careful.

They are not open till the time they say they're open. When couple minutes before closing time and everything shut down. Some may say I'm not very courteous but if you haven't advertised that you're open till whatever time I expect you to be open
Sarah the manager needs to be let go. I go in almost everyday and she's always being rude to her staff. Calling them inappropriate names and when you try to speak to her she gives you attitude.
