Was dashing but this location always sucks gone way down hill. We used eat this location but probably won't ever come back worse service is this McDonald's over 5 workers standing talking waiting over 8 to 10 minutes never acknowledged me. 20 minutes later said having system issues wasting my time losing money while we are forced wait Don't waste your time or money here

This used to be a great location. It still is, don’t get me wrong, but the touch-screen order kiosks are a pain in the butt. Went here on my lunch hour today and it was giving me all kinds of issues. There was no help so I ended up just walking out. I miss the days where I could just wait in line and have an actual person take my order. Technology isn’t always a good thing...also don’t like the fact they only let you use one coupon per visit.
Update: I placed an order through the drive-thru today for a M&M McFlurry and a large Diet Coke. I had a mobile coupon for 50% off the McFlurry. Upon paying, the price seemed a bit high. My husband even questioned the cashier. Upon receiving my food, I was handed the McFlurry and a large fry (which I didn’t order). No wonder the total was so high! I had to go inside for the soda and wasn’t even compensated for the mistake. It’s pretty sad that the employees can’t take the simplest order without messing up!!!

Worst experience at a McDonalds EVER!!!! French fries weren’t done and were cold….McDoubles looked like they weee dropped on the floor!!!! They had plenty of workers in the back there is no excuse for such poor service.

I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes , they kept taking the other sides order . I went up to the window and the girl was clueless , there was only one car in line . It’s always something with this mc Donald’s .
