Customer service was great! Order window employees were very pleasant and accommodating. The food quality is obviously going down (not employees' fault). Chicken nuggets are 1/2 - 3/4th the size as they used to be and the cheeseburger was tasteless.. The fries were still amazing and most importantly, HOT! 🍟 😀

This used to be a great location. It still is, don’t get me wrong, but the touch-screen order kiosks are a pain in the butt. Went here on my lunch hour today and it was giving me all kinds of issues. There was no help so I ended up just walking out. I miss the days where I could just wait in line and have an actual person take my order. Technology isn’t always a good thing...also don’t like the fact they only let you use one coupon per visit.

This is a very busy McDonald's and it's in a very inconvenient location for me. I've eaten here a few times in the past, but getting in and out of there is a nightmare because of the direction I travel (westward). I just avoid it for that reason alone, but otherwise, it's perfectly fine.
