We have been looking for good cheesesteaks, and this was a definite fail. The staff was nice and friendly. The Italian was good, fries were good but that cheesesteaks was the worst I've ever had. The meat wasn't a bad texture, but the taste was way off. We ended up throwing it away. I refused to waste my calories.

This is my second time in 1 week that i get my lunch from Mike's great food, super fresh, the portions are big and the price really affordable, great place I will take few cheese steaks to my family in NJ this coming Friday.

For clarity: Yes, I was delivering through DoorDash, and I interacted with your staff directly. The review was about their behavior, not the customer’s address. Your staff was dismissive when I asked for clarification, which made the delivery unnecessarily stressful — exactly as I described.
Calling a customer or delivery driver ‘incompetent’ and accusing them of a ‘fake review’ is not only unprofessional, it’s a public reflection of your attitude toward anyone who interacts with your business. I hope you treat actual customers better than this.

We wanted to bring back some cheesesteaks on our trip. The guys at Mike’s made it happen. The meat, sauce and pickles stayed well in the cooler and the bread was packed well and fresh when we got home. Thank you for letting us bring a taste of home back to our family in South Dakota!!!
Went to this place yesterday and the sandwiches were delicious I got the god father sandwich and tuna for my husband and he loved them.Ridge made them and was very nice and gave me A+++++ service thanks Ridge will definitely be coming back.

I've been coming here for years when My Uncle Earl owned it, and I have no hate for the place, just the way it looks inside dosnt feel like how is use to be and I honestly wish they left it the way it was but nit everyone is use to change.
Drove an hour to check it out and it was closed.
