I used love this place but the last few times I have gone the drive thru person just argues with me or is rude - if I’m paying for something and I ordered it the way I wanted why am I being argued with? I understand sometimes it’s hard to hear and mistakes get made but if I’m asking you to correct it and you refuse to that’s a problem. Telling the customer “It’s already made” is not appropriate when It’s not what I ordered. I don’t plan to return.

I just love that this bagel shop has a drive through. I have a bagel addiction and two small children that I hate to drag out of the car for short trips. NY Bagelry makes my life easier and fulfills my cravings. We love the blts, pizza bagels, french toast bagels and the fun flavors of muffins.

I had heard good things about this place. I did not like the food. Service was very slow.
I recently drove by New York Bagelry while traveling from NJ. Although I usually don’t make stops on the road, the inviting atmosphere on a Sunday morning made me turn around and visit.
Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by a couple of young ladies. I ordered the evening special, which included a classic sandwich and a coffee.
Within a few minutes, I received my hot bagel sandwich and a cup for coffee. They offered a wide variety of fresh coffee, and I chose French vanilla, my favorite.
I sat in the clean and pleasant dining room, enjoying my sandwich in front of the TV. The sandwich was great, but the French vanilla coffee was exceptional—the best I’ve ever had in the USA.
Thank you, New York Bagelry, for the excellent service and for making my day. I will definitely stop by again if I’m ever in the area. Best of luck!

I been going to New York baglery at there many different locations but I feel this is by far my favorite out of all them. The breakfast sandwiches are always enjoyable to eat and service is also on point and fast. Been trying lot there different bagels and the egg, cinnamon toast, chocolate chip, sun dried tomato and the plain are great for any kind of breakfast sandwich. Also have a nice fruit mixture, hash browns aren't bad and the muffins are always a good add on to your morning delight.
The seating is usually nice you can either sit near ordering area or there outside are or even another more private section behind there coffee and beverage counter. And also have great options and speed to get it to go by either coming in and ordering or drive thru. Definitely check it out if your in the area. They definitely make there bagels fresh at the location. I seen it a couple of times them taking it hot out of the oven.
Parking: So I would not park on the right side especially early in the morning. The drive thru usually blocks people in that area parked on the right side of building. So better to park on the left near the drive through exit gives you more room to get out. If not it can be a nightmare especially on the weekends mid morning.

My husband and I love coming to get bagels. The only problem I have is that the workers will often wear gloves at the cash register and then not change their gloves when touching food. It has happened almost every time we go in. This is a huge infection control issue. I even mentioned it to a worker this past time. This is enough to make me not want to come anymore which is so disappointing because we love it here.

Parking: Limited and a little tight but have never had a problem that there wasnt a couple open spots.
