I was waiting patiently for to order food but the workers were ignoring me and attending other costumers of their needs and give me an attitude cause I didn’t call to order my food and was being smart with meI wouldn’t order food here with bad service

Very bad service in this place, before it was very orderly but now it is a disaster, the people who are there do not make good food. The patacón is all salty and the plantains are raw and they add very few ingredients and other very important details. The food is not hygienic because the last time I bought there the food had hair on it and my wife's food also had hair on it. I will never buy there again. neveraaa.

I order a picadera of 3s Meats (ear, sausage and red) I pick up the order and when I get home the tostones were poorly made and he gave me the leftover of all the chicken bones and fried pork and cheese.....I didn't order chicken, pork or cheese... I think that if the customer asks you for something they should give him that since the food is not free, if they didn't have the meat that I ordered the best thing would be to tell me that they didn't have it instead of charging me my $$ and give me whatever you want...fried chicken bones, cheese and everything fat from the pork....1st and last time I eat from this place.....so nice videos to call the attention attention...that's not how you run a business...and you can kill them but I was paying my money and what I ordered was what I wanted, not what was left over...
See I like little Bodega stores because of the fact that they're basically the cornerstone of the for the neighborhood and people that don't have lots of money they can go there prices are very very reasonable and usually when you ask them for something they have it you see I'm a peppermint fan I love Colombian peppermints they make sure I have enough peppermints to the eye can see now this might sound a little kooky that because I love peppermint but if they're there to take care of you and that's their job man you feel good leaving out that store you don't feel like you got robbed personal prices are downright reasonable and the guy behind the counter he's a good dude make sure when you're going there you tell him Sheldon sent you but she won't get no deals

Customer service was great. Very polite and very friendly. My boyfriend and I ordered food. I've never had fried cheese before and they've definitely helped me fall in love. There prices are really affordable. And no matter what you'll always be greeted by a very friendly little kitter.☺️
