Very disappointed in the French dip chibata… roll was awesome but there could not have been 2oz of meat. Girls at the counter could’ve cared less

Disappointed worth the cleanliness. Especially the fountain drink area the machine had mild and syrup in chunks. Really gross and could cause someone harm. I have pictures and video.
Soup was warm tuna sandwich barely had any alot of lettuce though.
We will not be back in kinda grossed out that I ate there after seeing fountain.

Stopped in at Exeter Panera for lunch on Black Friday. It was not busy but they were out of the Focaccia bread. I ordered the Frontego Chicken but they made me the Chipotle Chicken. The tables were dirty with slopped up food on them. Floors dirty and under the table was scary. We couldn't get out $5 coupon for joining. Yhe soup was barely warm but was good even though it was wrong.

The food is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I think they need more tlc on the facility. It is a bit run down and tables don’t get cleaned as often.

Great customer service at the front and at the drive thru. Frequently run out of bagel choices before the morning is through. Also the quiche. Somewhat pricey for the location, but unique.

I was having a crazy day. On the way to the zoo, my car was hit by a golf ball. At the zoo, I witnessed a crazy tussle between 2 zebras. After that, I needed a break. I needed to feel normal again. I went to Panera. I got my sip club beverage and a suggestion popped up for a $2 bakery item. And I thought, Why yes! I think I will! I got the orange cranberry bread and it was amazing. I may never forget the black and white hoodlums, but I am glad I can relax at Panera.

I know in 2024 everything is expensive, but this place is a bit extreme. $33 to feed myself and a small child is kind of crazy for what I still consider to be fast food. $9 for a bowl of soup that probably just comes in a giant bag and the workers just heat it up? There also isn't many options for a child and you usually just end up paying adult prices. This tipping culture in America has gotten out of control, especially since service has gone down, pushing self checkouts everywhere. Corporations just want to subsidize workers lower pay and keep their greedy pockets full. I did give them 2 stars because their food is pretty good, im just not sure i can afford to go there too often.

Food is generally good, there are always some inconsistencies in fast food that are expected. Service at this location is usually fast and even if you use the kiosk the front end person greets you and asks if you need any assistance. Very welcoming atmosphere. Not a fan of the terrible music in the lobby though.

Waited for my food. Watched as all of them sat there and talked. Saw my bag sitting there and thought they still had to put somthing in it only for them to hand it to me after it sat there for 5 minutes.
