I've been here a few times with friends to grab a bite, always great food and a nice atmosphere! This is one of the nicer Panera's in the area.

If I could review 0, I would. I ordered 20 minutes before I showed up, and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes while there was no one in side or in the drive-thru. When I got home, my food was made completely wrong and I am very dissatisfied

The food and pastries are delicious as usual, however the service is really bad at this location. The employees chit chat and avoid the front counter area. Even when you make eye contact, they ignore you. If you wait about 15 minutes or so while looking at them, they will eventually help you.

Came to the drive through for a “ quick lunch” during my lunch break: took them 10 minutes to even take my order. A drive through should not be 45 min for w sloppy made sandwich

My husband went to get me a bagel for Breakfast. When I pulled the bagel from the bag it was covered in mold. Why didn’t the staff member see that when placing in the bag? No breakfast for me and we won’t be going back

I walked in shortly after 7:00am on Wednesday - they'd barely just opened. It was absolutely FRIGID in here, and just got colder throughout my visit. I mentioned this fact at the counter, but got no response from the person manning the register. I tried to sit somewhere where the ceiling vents did not blow right down on me, but eventually I couldn't stand it anymore and had to leave early. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've been here when it's been so ridiculously cold. And the music was so loud it would be difficult to hold a conversation with someone seated directly across from you. Also I was frequently distracted by the circus atmosphere, yelling, loud laughing, and carrying on, by the employees in the food prep area. My bagel was good, however, and I really like the walnut cream cheese spread they have at Panera. It's unique and very tasty. This store itself, however, needs a little help. (4395 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, PA store). This store is closest to my home, but I most frequently go to the Wyomissing or Temple store as the atmosphere at those two locations is more comfortable and quiet.

I have not had a sandwich here that I have really liked, meaning, that I would get again. I do like the soups. They are flavourful. I have had the Brocoli and cheese and the chicken soup.

Completely unorganized. They get the order wrong every time! Stay away. The drive through line takes 20 minutes when there are only 3 cars . Instead of asking the car at the window to park and they will bring the food out, they make everyone wait and the cars get backed up. I got online at 6:10 and at 6:35 was still sitting waiting after placing my order. Will never go to this Panera again!! Food is always good but the service and attention to orders is not.
The restaurant is clean, and accommodating. Had a meeting at the place and they did not bother if everyone got food. The soups and vegetables are so delicious.

Disappointed worth the cleanliness. Especially the fountain drink area the machine had mild and syrup in chunks. Really gross and could cause someone harm. I have pictures and video. Soup was warm tuna sandwich barely had any alot of lettuce though. We will not be back in kinda grossed out that I ate there after seeing fountain.
