Ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 12:45 it was supposed to be here by 140 did not get it because the driver went to the wrong address. Once the order finally did arrive after 2 o’clock. The order was incorrect. I ordered a pizza and got a papadia When I called the store and talk to them. They told me that there is nothing they can do. Also, since it took so long to get here, it was cold by the time I got here.

I usually get a grilled chicken pepperoni pizza which is my all time fav.. Their wings are a perfect side with the pizza also. Make sure to sign up for the Papa John's points on pizza it is worth getting points to getting money off your next pizza.
My husband ordered 60 dollars worth of food and he specifically told them to call when outside because we live on the 4th floor we got no call and our pizza was let out in the rain and our wings never received or stolen because of being left outside.

I grew up with papa John’s, and I personally like their pizza. The service at this location is ridiculous. I added extra bacon and marinara sauce to my order and both were missing. All the people at the counter were super rude and were paying more attention to some drama outside than to the counter.

The slim white guy, not sure if he's the manager embarrassed and humiliated me just because he claimed I went a lil further above where I supposed to pick up the filthy and nasty pizza despite I was called to pick it up. I was so disappointed and embarrassed 😳 and will never, never and never go there again till forever and ever.

Terrible! Took them 30 minutes to make 1 large pizza even though there wss nobody else their beside me. And the bottom of the pizza was undercooked . Would not recommend at all.
Whoever made my pizza tonight made the best pizza ever! Toppings were not skimped on and it was cooked to perfection. It's a hit or miss usually. I hope they continue to make it this way.

Ive always enjoyed the store here for the last 4-5 years. Recently, the service has been so terrible. I would either order a stuffed crust meat lovers or make my own pizza online and it always turns out terrible. One time I’ve had a pizza given to me without a stuffed crust. Today I ordered 3 meat toppings and 4 slices didn’t even have any toppings on them.

Hot and ready? Hot and ready these nuts lol once I walked in nobody was at the register for about 10 minutes. And then when they did finally attend to us they said 45 minute wait. Super crappy service and overall sad experience.
