The food is always what you expect for take out pizza. However, the service. What seems to be the general manager is very angry and yelling every time an order comes in. Also not exactly a gripe, but having to repeat my name 5+ times and still getting nothing close to my actual name might say a little bit about who you're hiring.

Has improved over before. Papadias are great if you don't have acid reflux. When taking phone orders they need to turn speaker phone and get someone who understands your questions.

I'm 32 years old and only had Papa John's for the first time on new years of 2022. Delivery took a LONG time since it was a holiday and they only have one driver so I order earlier if I do delivery or I pick it up myself since it's less than 2 miles away. By far the best pizza chain I've ever had. Their stuffed crust pizza and garlic parm sticks are my favorite. I mostly see younger kids in the st Lawrence Ave and they are friendly and polite and do a fantastic...
