We ordered for a large crew tonight and were extremely disappointed when we simply called about the pizza being late and we were met with rudeness. There was absolutely no reason for this and we are just a family looking to eat some pizza.. Customer service is literally everything, especially in this day and age, and it was just completely unnecessary to be rude. We will have to seriously question if we are going to use this location again.

I placed an online order for a certain time and when I checked out the order screen said it would be done in 15 minutes. I called the store to change the time on my order and was told by the manager I needed to cancel the order and order again because it was impossible to change the time. I asked if there was any way to please just change the time so I wouldn't need to spend 10 more minutes ordering and was told it was impossible and then was hung up on(I don't believe that it was impossible).
At no point was the manager understanding or apologetic. Instead they were immediately disrespectful and defensive. I just placed an order for $60 and you're hanging up on me? I wasn't rude at all. I just needed help to fix the issue. The customer service here is appallingly bad and the quality of the food is lower than a normal PJ's. I would avoid it.

West Lawn Papa Johns. The kid making the pizza had a big like curly afro hairdo and no hair net. When I took this pizza back and showed them the baked-in hair they refunded just that pizza and nothing else. When I said you guys should be wearing hair nets, the girl behind the counter said "why don't you just order somewhere else!"
