I go there all the time, but today the girl at counter took my money and then didn't change her gloves and touched my pretzel. Big no no. Please change the gloves or.have someone else get the pretzel.

Today was the third time in 3 weeks that we went to Philly pretzel on Penn avenue in West lawn for buckets of rivets. These young girls obviously do not know how to cook pretzels because all three times they were very doughy and cold like they were not cooked enough. We have bought from other locations and none of them are as bad as this place. Maybe they should try to hire new people

As the 3 bro’s chilled behind the counter on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, the aroma of warm dough and the rhythmic twisting of pretzels in the background created a symphony of sensory delights when I entered. This place isn't just a pretzel shop, it's a full-blown Bat-Signal for snack enthusiasts.

I felt like I was stepping into the Batcave of baked goods—except, instead of crime-fighting gadgets, there were rows of perfectly crafted pretzels behind the glass. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and had the aroma of fresh-baked dough that could pull even the most hardened Gotham villain out of hiding.

After a quick photo op at the counter, I hopped into an empty bucket branded with the Factory’s logo. It felt like a cozy, dough-scented version of the Bat-cave. If you’re looking for a secret hideout, this might just be it

The pièce de résistance of my visit was the magnificent Olympic Rings and "USA" spelled out in pretzels — a true testament to the artistry and dedication of the pretzel-twisting masters at this fine establishment.

It’s the kind of patriotic display that would make Captain America consider a career change. The craftsmanship here isn’t just in the twist of the pretzel, but in the art of creating something memorable — something that sticks with you like the aftertaste of a particularly salty encounter with the Penguin.

The pretzels themselves? A masterpiece worthy of the Batcave's culinary collection. Hand-twisted and baked fresh, these bad boys are the real deal. No funny business, just a simple recipe of flour, water, yeast, and a pinch of salt—a combination that packs a flavor punch that would make even the Joker crack a smile.

Bat-tips:
Order ahead on the website and they'll be nice and warm and waiting for your indulgence.

If buying more than 1, it is tempting to dig into the entire stash before arriving to the rest of your pretzel-craved crew. Resist the urge to devour it all before arriving at your destination.

I place a order with them last Thursday for 2 large party trays and 20 Sausages cut in half. The "dude" taking the order did not what I wanted at first he eould say "I got you dude". The order was for today June 20th. I told them we will be there at 7:30 am,"I hit you dude". I was sure he would mess they order up. So I asked my coworker to call Saturday to double check the order. She did better she stopped in.They told her yes they got the order but the No Longer have the Cheese Steak bites they can give us Cheese Burger "Not good at all" she told them fine. They said see you st 7:30. She was there today at 7:30 and they did not have any of our order ready. Very disappointed they did not even apologize for the delay. But they had no problem taken our over $240.00 for the order
