Employees at the location are friendly and do their best to provide quality service despite a lot of their customers being disrespectful and demanding. I just witnessed a woman tear into the manager because they were closed on Christmas Day and when he came in today they were out of stock of medium pan pizzas. He did everything in his power to try to assist her and make it right and only received attitude back as she cancelled the order. Please be kind and others especially when they are working hard in an often thankless job. I order from this location often and it isn’t always perfect, however the employees work hard to fill orders that they have zero control over when they are coming in through the Pizza Hut app outside of store hours.

We were double charged for our order that they claim they did not have but yet we have a confirmation number and the website telling us the food was ready for pickup my wife left without food and when my wife asked for the managers number they refused to give it to her worst experience we’ve ever had

I ordered for delivery it took an hour for my food to get to my house when it arrived it was ice cold then I found out my bill what is $34 for one large pizza and breadsticks totally outrageous have not ordered from Pizza Hut in years was expecting a large pizza to be big enough to feed everybody like a real Italian pizza does we're just enough to feed three people and my order was not made the way I asked it to be either Pizza Hut has changed so much over the years pizzas I've gotten much smaller I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again their pan pizzas also have changed their prices are outrageous their food quality has gone downhill tremendously my children and I have always went to Pizza Hut especially the all you can eat one their pan pizza was our favorite but to pay $34 for one single Pizza and a order of breadsticks and the pizza was not much bigger then a large frisbee it's just outrageous and The taste was horrible and like I said it could not even feed everybody in my house like an Italian made pizza normally can at least an Italian pizza you can cut the pizza slices in half in order to make it spread around you cannot even do that with a Pizza Hut Pizza don't waste your money go find an Italian pizza shop and have them make you a pizza Pizza Hut pizza is not worth it anymore definitely definitely definitely sure the hell ain't worth the money

The Margherita pan pizza was delicious. I think the pesto was missing but still a great pizza. The fresh grape tomatoes added the perfect freshness. I customized it with sausage and onions. Yum!

Greetings Pizza Hut nation. I just had the best experience at Pizza Hut on Perkioman Ave. Pizza Hut employees Evette, George and Eli are the best at what they do. Their customer service i taking my order, as well as the care they put into making and preparing my food was top notch. Their positive vibe was fantastic to witness from young people, and so respectful to see. Pizza Hut as a company should be proud to have such professional and courteous individuals representing their company. Good is not that good and does not feel fresh. I ordered a pasta I found literally 2 strands of long hair in my food baked into the pasta. The New York pizza was stale, and sauce was overly sweet. Only thing good was the cheesy sticks and they were not even cut correctly.

Melissa the delivery driver is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is great.
Short handed. Works minors over hours allow by law. Let's employees get assaulted by other employees manager on duty did nothing. A customer had to call the police. Manager never gave the police the footage then used my daughter to work all types of hours then fired her.

They gave the wrong order to my Uber eats driver (equally at fault for not checking) and when we called to discuss, they informed us to call Uber eats. The bread sticks that came with the wrong order were pretty good, but the mac n cheese that came (that we didn't order) was burnt and nasty. We told them not to redo the order, which they weren't going to do without a new order. Never again at this Pizza Hut. Uber Eats is refunding the money and gave the same amount as Uber Eats cash to use on our next order. Pizza Hut, nothing, not even an apology.

It almost felt like being back in the ghetto of Philly. Seriously get some customer service skills.Instead lose our business.We may be one but we’ll keep telling everyone we know how HORRIBLE you treated us from manager down.And to add, corporate got involved, then forwarded the complaint to the team member it was about hahahahah! How do you think that went.Try to speak with a district manager (don’t worry I found the number!) and everyone will stonewall you.You take as much money for your products as you do and provide this level of service?
