Let me start by saying I like Pizza Hut. They have been my favorite pizza place since the 1970s. But in the past couple years, getting my pizza the way I want it feels like I'm rolling the dice. Placed an order with this location for the family. One item was a pizza with extra EXTRA cheese, easy on the sauce and a topping. An emphasis was made on the extra EXTRA cheese, something that is often not done correctly. And I said that to the young lady taking my order. She had to keep asking someone else there how to do things while taking my order. Arrived to pick it up and was first rung up for the wrong order. When they went to credit me for it they say the credit will take about 5 days to go through. But they can take money out of my account to pay for it right away. And why they needed a phone number from me on a slip giving me credit is beyond me. Then I get my order and the pizza is not as I ordered it. It is clearly the regular amount of cheese and regular sauce. I was billed correctly. I said something about it and she went and got the employee who had to come up to do the earlier credit. I asked him if it looks like extra extra cheese to him. He says he can't tell if it looks that way because he wasn't there when they made it. Then he tells me the only way they can give me any credit for the pizza is if the phone number I gave them on the credit slip or ordered from is linked to an account. It is not, I called from my home phone and that is the number I gave them on the slip. I asked if there was a card they could give me saying I had credit on a future order. He tells me not that he knows of. I asked if there was any other way to take care of that. He said I can wait while they make me another one. At this point I've already been inside at the counter for 10 minutes, I had family waiting in the car - including a baby. I was not going to stand there for another 20 minutes or so. Why they couldn't give me credit the same way they did for them ringing me up for the wrong order I do not know. We started going to this pizza hut because the service was better than the other one in our area and they had been able to make my pizza the way I wanted it. I guess it's back to driving to Ephrata to pick up a decent pizza.

I have always loved pizza hut. The exeter store is great. The staff is friendly and my pizza is perfect every time. We also think the delivery lady has excellent customer service skills. She always deliverys with a smile. Keep up the great work!

Overpriced low quality food. 30 dollars for a medium pizza and 6 wings is actually crazy. To put into perspective pizza hut has the most expensive wings compared to every restaraunt in the reading area.

Employees at the location are friendly and do their best to provide quality service despite a lot of their customers being disrespectful and demanding. I just witnessed a woman tear into the manager because they were closed on Christmas Day and when he came in today they were out of stock of medium pan pizzas. He did everything in his power to try to assist her and make it right and only received attitude back as she cancelled the order. Please be kind and others especially when they are working hard in an often thankless job. I order from this location often and it isn’t always perfect, however the employees work hard to fill orders that they have zero control over when they are coming in through the Pizza Hut app outside of store hours.

We were double charged for our order that they claim they did not have but yet we have a confirmation number and the website telling us the food was ready for pickup my wife left without food and when my wife asked for the managers number they refused to give it to her worst experience we’ve ever had

I ordered for delivery it took an hour for my food to get to my house when it arrived it was ice cold then I found out my bill what is $34 for one large pizza and breadsticks totally outrageous have not ordered from Pizza Hut in years was expecting a large pizza to be big enough to feed everybody like a real Italian pizza does we're just enough to feed three people and my order was not made the way I asked it to be either Pizza Hut has changed so much over the years pizzas I've gotten much smaller I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again their pan pizzas also have changed their prices are outrageous their food quality has gone downhill tremendously my children and I have always went to Pizza Hut especially the all you can eat one their pan pizza was our favorite but to pay $34 for one single Pizza and a order of breadsticks and the pizza was not much bigger then a large frisbee it's just outrageous and The taste was horrible and like I said it could not even feed everybody in my house like an Italian made pizza normally can at least an Italian pizza you can cut the pizza slices in half in order to make it spread around you cannot even do that with a Pizza Hut Pizza don't waste your money go find an Italian pizza shop and have them make you a pizza Pizza Hut pizza is not worth it anymore definitely definitely definitely sure the hell ain't worth the money

The Margherita pan pizza was delicious. I think the pesto was missing but still a great pizza. The fresh grape tomatoes added the perfect freshness. I customized it with sausage and onions. Yum!

Greetings Pizza Hut nation. I just had the best experience at Pizza Hut on Perkioman Ave. Pizza Hut employees Evette, George and Eli are the best at what they do. Their customer service i taking my order, as well as the care they put into making and preparing my food was top notch. Their positive vibe was fantastic to witness from young people, and so respectful to see. Pizza Hut as a company should be proud to have such professional and courteous individuals representing their company. Good is not that good and does not feel fresh. I ordered a pasta I found literally 2 strands of long hair in my food baked into the pasta. The New York pizza was stale, and sauce was overly sweet. Only thing good was the cheesy sticks and they were not even cut correctly.
