Poor "NY style pizza"! Since when does NY style pizza have parmesan cheese and oregano?! No description online other than "NY style 6x large slices" which WEREN'T extra large, just unsliced! Once I cut these so called 6xl slices it was literally the same size as a regular pizza! I have an autistic child who's particular about PLAIN cheese and needless to say he refused to go past 1 bite! On top they ran out of oregano which I could've dealt with but the parmesan cheese made it extremely salty! Waste of $15 Damn pizza hut, do better ?

I ordered for delivery and they wouldnt accept my $100 that's all I had on me. they wouldnt even accept it in the store!!! the entire time I wasted ordering they said no we only accept ones gives tens and fiftys no hundreds. now when I asked you this over the phone you said yes when I ordered and then when it came for delivery you wouldnt accept it and the driver said you can do carry out. so when I went to the store you wouldnt even accept it! pathetic! from here on out I'm going to use my money else where. I'll go to Italian delight or dominos!

Shout out to Jade and the Crew at the Reading store on Perkiomen Ave. excellent customer service and wonderful, positive attitudes! My online order got lost and my coupon for a free pizza went with it! Jade took care of me and took charge of the mishap, she lead the associate through making me a happy customer with a professional, can-do attitude. They truly put the customer first and I just want them to know I appreciate it!!!!

Who can I email? The pizza had very little sauce and the pizza was a little overcooked. Both on our plain cheese and our half pepperoni half pineapple. Not pleased this time.
This pizza hut is usually quick, they've made a couple mistakes like giving our wings to another customer and not giving us extra sauce we paid for. They usually give credit for that kind of stuff though, food just about always seems to come out good. My main complaint is the delivery, they don't seem to deliver very much. We're in the same zip code, maybe 4 miles away but we always see cars delivering to the neighborhood a mile down the road. Dominoes and Papa John's both deliver and they're all within a half mile of each other. Pizza Hut is definitely "out pizzaed" in that category.
