Ordered my food on Grub hub, and when I went to pick up my order that was paid for and all; some lady ( seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered) said they didn’t use the app. So, why have it on the website? If you don’t like where you work please leave.

The service is terrible. They don't seem to care about losing customers. I've already been there twice because I wanted to see if maybe the second time would change my mind. Both times we arrived, and with few other people in the restaurant, the waitresses took more than 10 minutes to go to our table to at least offer us water. Nothing. They spend their time behind the bar talking and ignoring customers. If the owners of this place want to stay open, please give them trainings that they are supposed to attend. The food is good, not spectacular, but the customer service is bad, making the experience unpleasant.Service is horrible. Both times I've gone here, the waitresses take over 10 minutes to walk to our table to offer us anything. Even with only a couple other clients in the restaurant. The waitress wastes too much time yapping and talking behind the bar and forgetting they have a job to do. Don't recommend at all!

Was overcharged, and then they mentioned the menu prices changed when I was checking out. Why wouldn’t you mention that before or have any sign of that? I’ve traveled internationally before and was charged a “foreigner fee”.. didn’t know they’d be doing this here in the states also.P.S. I can understand Spanish better than I can speak it.
The food is delicious, but the entrance to the business looks more like any ordinary cuchitri, dirty and neglected. But the attention is very good from the girls.

Food was microwaved can definitely tell it came out way too fast and it was hot in some places and cold in others but the place weren’t hot waiter took our order gave us our food and never came back to the table to ask if we wanted a refill on drinks or nothing or to even ask us if the food was ok or anything and was only 2 families in the restaurant at the time during lunch
