Rita’s offers refreshing treats on these hot days! My favorite is the mango and vanilla gelati. The staff has been polite and helpful, great customer service! I’m looking forward to my next visit!
Let me just say. Customer service is amazing. Not all of the employees but one stands out. And that is the shift lead Lauren. She is absolutely amazing. I came up to the window she took my order immediately and I had my ice in minutes. Rita’s is a little pricy but not bad for a once in awhile treat. Lauren is friendly, outspoken, and very mature. She is great. I was reading other reviews on here and people are just terrible. All I have to say is I disagree with those people....
Inflation strikes again. Portions get smaller and prices get larger. Just bought two regular sizes for $10 total and they are about the size that the kids/mini used to be…. I assume this is a corporate thing but still very shocking/disappointing
