Don't like that there was an optional tip category on Credit card transactions

My family and I had a wonderful time today at Rita's. The person that help us....I think her name was Taylor was so sweet and personable. Your flavors are always good.

Who don't love Rita's?? The kids that work are usually very friendly and hardworking.

I've been to many. Something must be wrong with machines. The ices were almost melted. For the prices shouldn't be. If they neglect that, i can only imagine the despensers. ARE THEY CLEAN?🤔 Where are the adults?

Holy moly guacamole was the custard good. Layna really met my customer service requirements and had a great attitude! Loved coming hear, will definitely recommend to anyone wanting some delicious ice cream!

The girls at this Rita’s gave me the best sundae I’ve ever had! They hooked up my three year old with a bowl of custard with a cone on top which was absolute perfect for her to enjoy an ice cream cone at her pace. Just wanted to give them a shout out and will be coming back!

I asked for extra caramel and got little to none ask for Caramel on the bottom and top and there was none on the bottom like I asked we paid extra for the extra caramel that we never got Person kept giving us dirty looks when I asked for what I asked for and was being rude the entire time called A couple minutes later and asked for a manager and they said there was none that I could speak to And the one girl tried to act like a manager Until I called her out Overall was very disappointed Will never go to this Rita’s again we’ll go to the one on 5th St., Highway

This place is normally ok to go to. Today I ordered 2 water ice and the vanilla tasted like chemicals , I only took one bite and went up and asked the girl if I could switch it out and she said no I will have to charge you. I told her if she couldn’t do it then to just give me a refund and she reluctantly did switch it out. She was rude from the get go. They need to train there employees better.

Just a wonderful place to enjoy. Had chocolate cone with chocolate Jimmy's .Hard to change my order but haven't been let down by anything I got. Great menu friendly faces and love seeing parents bring little ones and making those special memories like I have of going to get ice cream,now it's frozen custard but what a good upgrade.
